  Don’t waste your time or money on this Company. The owner is pretty much worthless after you pay the deposit. Scheduling issues, answering calls, responding to calls/texts were nonexistent, whoever was running the office had NO clue about ANYTHING so the only answer she ever gave was “I’ll let Jason know”…REALLY!!!!! So 3 years later I still haven’t received the agreed upon refund for all the bs I had to deal with. My advice to anyone who even considers this company is to do your homework on Jason and Red Wolf Roofing. He changes company name as much as I change my dirty socks #bigdogroofing

  This roofing company is garbage. They're not sure how to perform their duties. Avoid hiring them to do your roof. Ever since my roof was replaced, it has continued to leak. I made several calls to them. Jason has always promised to send personnel to fix it. They never came to fix it, though. I should sue them with a lawyer.

  Beware, do not hire this company. They received a down payment of over $7,000, promised a new roof installation in two weeks and then coincidently became hard to reach for 45 days. No voicemail, no answer. Gave my parents the run around for weeks, because they were so busy with other projects and suddenly couldn’t get supplies,even though Jason was available every single day before making the deal. When my parents finally said that they had had enough of the dishonesty and wanted their money back, they were told “ It doesn’t work like that”. My parents hired another company and the roof was installed in 6 days.

  It’s been two years and you can still see hard lines on the front of our roof. Was told it would settle. They’ve come out a few times and tap some down. It’s not fixing the issue, picked them because of all the good reviews and customer service but really not happy.

  Hired this company to do a roof they charged me almost 30 grand and didn't do what they said. They charged me 5 grand to resheet the main roof didn't do it. Charged me 2500 for gutter guards didn't get them . Tried reaching out to the owner multiple times to fix problems and would constantly get the run around. Now he's blocked me from calling him and now having to get lawyers involved. Beware this man is a theif.

  Robert and his team are absolutely wonderful! Communication was always spot on, the work was done quickly and efficiently, and every single one of them were so polite and treated is like people! Definitely using them again for future projects!

  Very good quality roof at a reasonable price! Also, they were friendly, answered all my questions, and walked me through all the components and layers of the roof instead of just showing me shingle colors. Also did a great job at cleaning up all the leftover debris as if it were never there. Would definitely recommend if you need roof work done!

  Red Wolf Roofing did a good job laying out the details, very knowledgeable. Also did a good job installing the new roof. The reason I’m giving 4 stars is because they said it would be done the next week after deposit was paid, but then 3 weeks went by and their communication as to why the unexpected delays was not forthcoming or proactive. Had to reach out for updates several times. At one point we were actually concerned they just ran away with our deposit…not a good feeling. Finally the fourth week we ask it to be done or return deposit and they came through. I think if they improve their time estimating and have more transparent, proactive communication they would ease more costumer concerns.

  I searched through several roofing contractors, and Red Wolf gave me the best quote that I found. The owner is polite and helpful, and walked me through the process. The new roof looks very nice, and I would recommend them for future work.

  Great job on the new roof! Very competitive pricing with a 30 year shingle. They cleaned up the mess when they were done. I couldn’t ask for anything better. Thanks Jason for a superior service.

  We needed a full roof replacement. It took awhile to have the work done because they were working with a lot of storm damage work that took priority but once they started it was amazing how quickly the team worked to get the job done. The clean up was great! You could not even tell they were here. We had an issue with the dumpster getting left behind but Jason and his team were very responsive. The roof looks fabulous!
