  So many issues from start to finish, nobody has any direction in this company, they had to come fix many damaged shingles and drip edge did not putbicr barrier all the way to edge so had to pull ip shingles to fix. Feels like i bought a frankinstein roof wirhh all they had to do abd i question if the roof was done to code. People just showed up unannounced. Not a single vehicle had logo had no idea who was picking stuff up, took them weeks to finally get all the stuff off my property then without fail had to repair a tire with a nail in it. Roofers camped out on the part of the lawn I had seed and straw, put three full sheets of plywood on the new seeding for two days. Had the dumpster blocking exit so I could not leave the house. Im worried about workmanship warranty seeing they took so long to fix the issues just to get paid. Project manager was absolutely useless, I can honestly say I regret and could never recommend this company to anyone.

  Women be warned do not call here, they ask your marital status to do siding. I don't care if that's protocol or not that's a scary scenario hang up call somebody else. Not safe to tell anyone whether or not you're home alone or you're married or single I've already contacted the better Business bureau stay away. Women be warned!

  *** Beware*** I paid in full and I'm still waiting for them to finish the job from 2022. I've call numerous times and numerous numbers trying to get an update. They left tools in my yard for my four yr old to play with. ( will upload pics of tools ). They ran a downspout by my front down which makes for a great slip n slide for guest.

  Unbelievably disrespectful of my time.,on multiple occasions they have not shown up when they say they will and I end up wasting my time waiting for them to show up, and sometimes don't show up at all. Repeated damage to my yard. And didn't seal my vent properly causing internal damage to my ceiling. Said they would complete the job in one day,, it's been over a week and still not even close to done.. I could go on. Highly disappointed. ** edit to add. They absolutely have done work for my house and i will not be removing my review. I have the $11,000 contract and sign in front of my yard to prove it. If Eric had shown up when he said he would, we would have met. However he does not show up when he says he will and has only dealt with my father.

  If you are going to schedule to get a quote, make sure you actually request the person who is going to be working on your roof. Otherwise, they will promise one thing and deliver another. Communication is a huge issue with them. FYI, contractors will be the ones who do the work, so communicate with them to get desired results.

  The overall service was good. However, the communication was not as clear as it should have been based on the contract and other formal communications. In addition, some nails were left around the house instead of being completely cleaned up.

  These guys were amazing! Chad Crider answered all of the questions that I had quickly. I had to have structural work done on the roof and they took the time to do it right! Amazing job!

  We recently had a new roof and gutters put on our home after we lost a number of shingles from the spring winds. Schmucker Roofing was a pleasure to work with through the entire process. We could not be more pleased with experience and would highly recommend them to friends and family.
