  Completely overpriced. They play too many games. Got a quote for board & batten on my house for $29k when half of my house is brick. Then they called me two days later and offered to do it for $23k. Called 3 separate times to get an updated quote on the horizontal siding. No response until I called them and said I was ready to make my derision on a company but didn’t have an updated quote from them. Got a call back 30 minutes later, conveniently. Quote was $26k total which is more than what I was re-offered earlier. Too many games played. Will not use.

  Used them last year, I thought they did a good job. I referred them to a neighbor who also used them. They screwed up his property. Cut out his blueberry bushes and messed up his fence. Have not done a thing to make it right. The boss who was on his site keeps avoiding my neighbor. He even ran and hid from him at the home and garden show at the coliseum. As far as them giving a referral bonus like they say they do. That is a total lie. I am still waiting on mine. Garbage company, fix what you messed up.

  After giving me a spiel about their integrity, the salesman took pictures from the ground, told me I had 2 layers of shingles & needed a tear off. The price wasn't low. I've been on my roof & it sure looks like one layer to me. Always get a couple of estimates.

  Shady company. The guy who came out seemed nice enough at first. Then the games began. Like most sales people they tell you how they are not like others and want to take care of their customers. Then he gave us his estimate via email (which had an “discount” on it) and immediately said he wanted to call his scheduler to see if they “had quick openings” that could give us a discount. “Miraculously” his contact said they could get us in but we had to commit and would give us an additional $2k off. Only thing is, the estimate, without the discount, was DOUBLE what all 6 other installers had quoted. So the additional “discount” was a joke. Even after that they have been relentlessly texting and calling to get us to pull the trigger. Even getting rude in messages. We explained an issue that came up and the pushiness stopped for a week and started again. DO NOT TRUST THEM! Pay attention to similar games and don’t get pushed or played. Do your homework and get multiple estimates. UPDATE: Even after this review and the companies response we are STILL getting calls! My wife had to threaten a law suit. Clearly the right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing…

  I had a very disappointing and concerning experience with this company. I scheduled what I expected to be a straightforward roofing estimate for my home, which is currently in poor condition and in urgent need of repair. I’ve had several companies come out, and this was by far one of the worst experiences. From the start, I knew something was off. Every other company I worked with knocked, introduced themselves, and began with the roof inspection. This representative, however, arrived with what looked like a briefcase and immediately insisted on coming inside my home. Instead of inspecting the roof first, she sat down and gave what was essentially a 10–15 minute PowerPoint-style presentation. It felt more like a sales pitch than a professional roofing estimate, which I found very disturbing and inappropriate given the situation. Rather than focusing on the actual condition of my roof, she seemed primarily interested in signing me up for financing. Even after I explained that my partner and I planned to split the cost, she assumed I couldn’t afford the project and repeatedly pushed me to apply for credit. I was reassured multiple times that it would not impact my credit, yet she asked for my Social Security number and continued pushing after I expressed hesitation. When she finally went outside, the inspection took less than 10 minutes. She did not get on the roof, only walked around, took a few photos, and returned with a quote of over $30,000. She also made negative comments about other roofing companies in an attempt to steer me away, while offering little effort, urgency, or real solutions herself. Before leaving, she insisted on signing me up for an additional credit account after claiming something “didn’t go through.” This was extremely concerning. After reviewing my credit report, I discovered that those accounts were in fact added and my credit was pulled. So not only was I misled, I was outright lied to.   Very disappointed with this company. I recently contacted them to get a price on some wood siding repairs and some upgrading of some trim work. I met with Alex, who was very professional and thorough in assessing the scope of work involved. He spent 1&1/2 - 2 hours going over everything and even phoned his boss before leaving to inform him of the job details. After talking to 2 other companies, I called Alex back to tell him that I wanted to proceed with them. Imagine my surprise when he called me back 5 minutes later to tell me that they decided that they did not want to do this job because the cost wasn't at least $6500. A few days later, I called to speak to a manager and was then told that it didn't have anything to do with the price but that they didn't want to work on wood siding. WHAT? From my initial call to them plus the 2 hours of my time ( and Alex's) wasted, the wood siding repair was always the main objective. They MAY do good work but I will never know since this project involved wood siding and wasn't over $6500.

We should have been clearer upfront about the type of work we take on and our minimum project requirements. That’s on us. Our focus is on full exterior projects, and we’re not always the right fit for smaller or repair-based siding work, but that should have been communicated earlier. We do appreciate the opportunity and the time you gave us, and we’ll use this to tighten up how we qualify projects moving forward.

  My roof job was fast and smooth. But do NOT use GoodLeap for your loan. It is a rip off!!! I have made two payments and owe more than my original loan. None of your payment goes to the principal.

  Shane and the guys did a great job! We had to tear 1/3 of the roof off and replace some rafters.. When we got the roof off there was more damage than first thought. The guys went above and beyond to get the repairs done and get the roof back in shape. Would have no problem using them again in the furture.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience with Tru Choice Roofing. After some storm damage caused a piece of siding to come loose on my mom's house, they came out quickly, gave us an estimate right away, and were able to match the existing piece perfectly. Even better, they came back the very same day and completed the repair. Shane and the team crushed it ! Their communication was excellent, they were professional from start to finish, and the quality of the work was outstanding. It's hard to find companies that respond this quickly and follow through the way they did. I would highly recommend Tru Choice Roofing to anyone needing roofing or exterior repairs.   Great job! Mauricio explained everything thoroughly and Seth and the crew did a great job! I never saw anyone take a smoke break or use a cellphone. The job was done in one day and the roof looks great. Highly recommend TruChoice.

  Josiah was very knowledgeable and personable when he gave us our quote, the crew was at our house on time to start the project and we had a new roof in a little over 8 hours and did a very good job cleaning up afterwards.   Let me just say that TruChoice Roofing is reliable. They are quick to respond and they have a real live human, Rey, who answers the phone and she is always kind and listens and is helpful. She is the first voice of the company that you hear and she does a good job representing the company. ( I do apologize if I misspelled your name) Ryan came out to check our hail damaged siding.
