Called on a Saturday to get scheduled for an estimate to cover a rubber roof. I was told company was based in Elkhart indiana. Then 2 days later I get a call that says they don't cover my area. The lady on the phone is absolutely useless …

Hi Andrew, we apologize this happened to you and for the misinformation. Our service area includes southern Elkhart County cities like Nappanee, New Paris, Millersburg and others, but unfortunately the city of Elkhart is not within our service area. We appreciate you sharing this feedback with us as it allows us to improve our processes. Thank you.

I can't speak to this companies work, but I can definitely speak to their lack of courtesy to neighbors. I JUST came home from work, and THREE of their trucks are blocking up parking on my side of the street; the house theyre working on is …

My first experience with them went well but the serving one not so much. They gave me a quote to ventilate my attic. Which one would think would be a price to properly ventilate the attic. They cut 3 holes in my soffits for a 900 square-foot attic. I was not convinced that this was enough ventilation. And most certainly did not come anywhere close to meriting the price I was quoted. $2,300 to cut 3 holes. I asked them to come back out and test my attic for proper airflow but that I would not be willing to pay anymore because the quote that I was given should have been to properly ventilate my attic. I was told that if any more soffit material needed to be removed, it was going to be thousands of dollars more because of the mortar in the soffit. Something they should have known from the beginning if the employee that gave me the quote did a proper inspection of my soffits before performing the work. I have not heard anything back from them about the test I asked them to perform in the attic. I made the mistake of trusting this company and paid them before I inspected the work done because I had a good experience with them the last time they did work for me. I made it clear to them that I felt like I was cheated by them. They sent two people out to my edit to supposedly check on something whatever it is they did up there. I don’t know. And I have heard nothing else from them after two people were supposed to have checked my attic for proper airflow.

The actual roof install was fantastic. However, we signed the contract and were told we would receive a call in the next 2 weeks to schedule the work to be completed. After over a month of us signing the contract, and us calling their office 3 separate times to try and schedule this work, we finally were able to get on their calendar. The install took only one day (as promised), and we paid for the work. The excess materials were left behind but we were told they would be back the following day to pick everything up and walk us through all the work that was completed. After almost a week, the items were still left in our yard and no one had talked to us about the project. I called and spoke to someone about picking up the items and they assured me it would all be picked up later that day. Someone did come out, but they left half the materials in our yard, and we ended up disposing of them. Still, no one has followed up with us on what work was completed. We have a beautiful new roof, and the crew onsite did a fantastic job. The communication was terrible, the follow through was just as bad, and overall they over promised and under delivered.

Office staff friendly. Team quoted roof repair to fix leak for $500. Roof still leaks. Contacted team and the sent second sales person out who quoted total roof replacement. Didn’t even offer to take the $500 off the roof replacement that they had pocketed.

They put a new roof and gutters on my house. The people are professional, courteous, and willing to fix whatever doesn’t come out right. They need to work on their scheduling and their communication between each other and the customer.

Sufficient. I had to delete my old review to edit. I had my gutters replaced. Had a hiccup after install, they fixed it. I got upset and posted a transparent 2 or 3 star review about an issue. Someone came out that same day and said I had leaves in the gutter and urged me to change my rating. So I did. And now I'm updating the rating to 3. Sufficient and fine. Thanks.

The Bone Dry Crew were a pleasure to deal with. They did a fantastic job, we’re courteous, explaining each step and took photos as they progressed to show me the before and after conditions & cleaned up the job site better than it was prior to starting the job. I would recommend them to anyone needing roofing work.
