  They may be a good residential roofing company but I certainly wouldn't recommend them for a business (church). Very slow in getting the job completed. Tore up newly wrapped gutter system leaving scratches all over it. Left huge ruts in the yard and broke cement sidewalk and left ridges in asphalt. Jobs been completed for 3 + weeks and still haven't shown up to address the issues. And now we find a leak that is crumbling historic interior plaster. A new roof was to avoid such a problem. Leak was NOT Landmark problem and is resolved. Still waiting for the asphalt/concrete, missing facia and reinstallation of gutter hanger.

  we looking all good review. i give my hotel roof work. but is verry varry poor working,way we talk did not used matrial,take money for matirial and half matrial take back did not used in roof,end of time he mass my roof and i have to go cort for this now, naver trust this guy,he have all good review. dont now how or fake. give all raferance for all his friends.not real.mack contrack buy e sing, and change writing, not happy for land markroofing. west my money and my roof, just know other people what he did.any one comming and see my roof i am happy to show tham, fill free to contact us

  I would have preferred to pick five stars but we had a lot of issues with this company. We decided to have our house resided and were excited to work with Landmark. Unfortunately, they cut our internet line which we had to have repaired, they mistakenly tore off new siding on our chimney that didn’t need replaced - we were ready and accepted these things. When they sliced the transistor box to our air conditioner we were not happy. It was an oddly hot weekend in March and no one answered calls or emails to help. It got up to 88 degrees in our house, we have children and elderly dogs. Finally, my dad found care for my mother in order to repair the mistake. We still have siding that is bulging and not connected. It’s frustrating because they have so many project managers and office staff that you can’t even get a response.

  I had this company come to my house for an estimate on siding repairs. Jonathon Simmons left me his card and told me he’d get right back with me. 7 days passed and I emailed him to see if he could give me an update. He ignored my email and I was never contacted by the company again. Extremely rude and unprofessional. If you can’t find the parts or do the repair that’s fine, but don’t ignore me after coming to my home. I wouldn’t have this place do the repairs if they offered to do it for free at this point. Learn some respect.

  I seen the company truck on a grocery store lot .l went to ask the guy in the truck for a card. Before l could say anything he rudely said "l'm on the phone " & brushed me off .Whi wants to deal with a company like that !!

  The workers were friendly and worked. For a whole new roof, I got half a roof and it's still raining in my kitchen. Office staff is nice, though. Quoted 7,000, billed 16,000.

According to our office, it looks like you decided to finance the balance due for the replacement of the roof on the second story portion of your home. The price of that financing is unfortunately out of our control. We do our best to work with financing companies who are fair and treat our customers as we would.

  Great job. Very courteous and diligent from the entire staff I interacted with. Very professional and cleaned up completely when they were done. I would recommend Landmark based on our positive experience.

  Excellent job replacing the 30 year oldroof and gutters Multiple experienced workers were able to do the job in half a day All workers were attentive and respectful The sale personel were helpful and explained all options and even allowed us to have insulation placed in the crawl space attic as well Wonderful job at a reasonable price The cleanup job was excellent NO nails Left I n the property Highly recommend them to anyone who needs roof replacement

  I was happy with the quality of work from both crews 2 small mishaps which can happen. The communication from those orchestrating the project would be my only complaint they made it right in the end and i would use them again.
