  They were hired in late summer to do a hail damage roof replacement & also indoor repair of ceiling water damage to drywall in garage & living room. In addition, they were hired to paint several areas of water stains on ceiling. They installed the wrong color of shingles & I was texted at 3pm the day of install to be told. I was offered to have the correct color placed but upon return home, it was close & a remedy was found. It is March, & I am still awaiting ceiling painting of water stains & then a final inspection of the completion of work. So if you have time on your hands, this is the company for u.

  Working with element roofing has been a headache and a half since the beginning. Initially, I found out the salesman that they sent out to speak with my insurance adjustor has a criminal record. He is barred from "working in any occupations or activities that involve children under the age of 18," yet he is allowed in homes to inspect properties. The only reason I know this is because I felt very uncomfortable around him and decided to do a quick Google search. It was not very comforting when the first thing that appeared on the search page was a mugshot. Thankfully, the owner said he would take on the job so I would not have communication with the salesman mentioned above. After the roofers completed the job, I walked around the perimeter looking for nails and found them everywhere. They did come back out the next day and did a much better sweep after I mentioned it to the owner. They cracked a couple of the perforated pipes attached to the bottom of the downspout during roofing, so I assumed they would replace when they did the gutters. They did not; they just reattached the cracked perforated pipes. They left extra materials outside in my yard for 3 weeks. After I kept mentioning it to the owner, he assured me again and again that they would be out. I ended up throwing away some of the materials since it just took way too long for them to be removed. We had agreed on a date for the gutters to be completed, and the workers never showed. After I mentioned it to the owner a couple days later, they were out the next morning, and I was not even told they would be coming to site until AFTER they had begun the work at 7:30am. I got a call from my insurance guy saying they were asking for an additional $9,000 for additional labor charges, painting vents, measurement adjustments, etc. According to their supplement request, they were asking for money for "roofer per hour," "residential supervision," laying tarp around the perimeter, additional labor costs, and other th

We strive to provide 5 star service with every client with our core values of customer obsession, being real, quality, and embracing the journey, but this didn't happen here. With your feedback I developed an action plan: I have hired additional staff and implemented checks to ensure materials are picked up and installation dates are relayed quicker, and the insurance process is communicated clearly. This is the first time we heard about the broken pipe. We would be happy to take care of any items that were broken or damaged. I personally hire and thoroughly vet every team member that comes on board, and I trust every one of them. I'm proud to say we are 100% incident free. We are always improving our processes, and thank you for your feedback. We're happy you like the roof and gutters, and we hope you're happy we were able to work with your carrier to get all the work done through insurance.   Element roofing did a wonderful job on our roof here in Muncie Indiana. It only took them 2 days! 1 day for the roof and just 1 more day for the gutters. They were all very personal, professional and worked really hard to get it done the way that we wanted. They are very affordable for the level of workmanship. They put tarps up to protect the house and made sure nothing was left. You wouldn’t even know they were here except for the beautiful roof they left behind. Purchasing was simple and they worked out the financing. They worked really well with our insurance company to make sure we could get everything possible for wind damage that we had. I wont need a new roof for a long time but if I do, I’ll come back to Element.

  Element was very quick to get the inspection and job done, since they are very busy it took some patient waiting and reminding to get some post-completion items ticked off, however, they are good and you can trust them to get your roofing needs taken care of. Also, no leaks reported in the recent ocean of rain we've been receiving. 👍🏽 …

  John came out today to look at an isolated issue. He doesn't think they can help, but he is going out of his way to connect me with someone he thinks can. Short lead time to appointment, showed up on time, offers help even if it doesn't result in a sale...this is the kind of company you will be glad you chose.

  Very impressed with the quality of work and communication. They showed up when they said they would, answered all of our questions, and made the entire roofing process easy. Everything turned out great and the property was spotless when they finished. Highly recommend!

  We had a great experience with Element Roofing from start to finish. The materials were delivered right on schedule, and the entire project was well organized. The Production Manager, Drew, kept us informed throughout the process, communicated everything clearly, and made sure the job stayed on track. The coordination between everyone involved was excellent, and the installation went very smoothly. A special thanks to Nolan for making us feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all of our questions, never made us feel pressured, and was great to work with.   Wow, what a great experience! Just look at our new Hardie siding! Our siding desperately needed to be replaced, and Element Roofing made the entire process easy and stress-free. We weren't even sure where to begin, but their team guided us every step of the way—from helping us choose a completely new siding color to explaining the construction process in detail. Throughout the project, I received regular updates and phone calls, which gave me peace of mind and made me feel very comfortable with the work being done. The communication and professionalism were outstanding. We've received so many compliments from our neighbors on how beautiful our house looks now. We couldn't be happier with the results!   It’s out first home and there have been plenty of things to get fixed, but when the roof started leaking, we needed something done quickly. After countless folks came out with all kinds of recommendations, the Element team came out and thoroughly diagnosed our issue and gave options on how to approach with longevity in mind. No bandaid fixes. That was my only caveat. If we have to get work done, it needs to be done the right way for the long haul. They fixed the leak which was coming from the chimney flashing, and we installed a ridge vent, replacing the mushroom vents. They did a great job and took care of us from start to finish. A job well done. 10/10 recommend.
