Extremely Disappointing Experience with Rebel Roofing I hired Rebel Roofing around August 2025 to address a roof leak and water dripping, particularly at many corners of my house. Mr. Brayden came to inspect the roof, provided an estimate, and we signed an agreement. I gave them flexibility to complete the work at their convenience because I wanted the job done properly. What should have been about a one-week job took almost six weeks. I was patient and accepted the delay because I assumed the work would be done correctly. Unfortunately, when the rain started in September 2025, Two of the conrners area began leaking badly, with significant water dripping into the house. I contacted their representative repeatedly and asked them to return and fix the problem. Despite multiple attempts to reach them, they failed to respond and did not come back to properly address the leak. This left me in a terrible situation. Because I had already spent money on the original work, I did not have the financial ability to immediately hire another roofing company to redo the job. In my experience, Rebel Roofing showed a serious lack of accountability and customer service. Taking almost six weeks to complete the work is one thing, but leaving a customer with a major leak after being paid to fix it—and then ignoring repeated requests for help—is completely unacceptable. I strongly regret hiring this company and would not recommend Rebel Roofing to anyone. If you are considering using them, I strongly suggest you do your research and make sure you have clear written guarantees about the quality of the work and what happens if the problem returns.

Not only did this crew not read or pay any attention to the no soliciting sign that i have on my walkway but they also proceeded to tell me that my roof needed repairs when we just had work done from multiple tree strikes but they also came 3 days late to my neighbours house (which is why they tried to sell me on the “we are in your area” sales pitch) but they also blocked my driveway with their work trucks as if my property access for my vehicles was their right to impede. Avoid and go with a reputable established and community respectful company. Rebels for sure
