My experience was professional from start to finish. Bobby and his team were originally hired to install a ridge vent and vented soffits. After performing a thorough inspection, they discovered that what I believed was a “new” roof had only been partially replaced before the house was sold to me. The other half of the roof was at the end of its lifespan. The shingles on that side were nearly 25 years old, and they didn’t even match the newer shingles. My fascia had also seen much better days. In some areas it was rusted through and needed to be replaced. As the project progressed, they uncovered even more issues, including rotted wood on both corners of the house. One corner had been poorly rebuilt years ago, and the other was completely rotted through. They repaired both at a discounted price, which I really appreciated. The crew installed all new fascia, drilled 4-inch ventilation holes around the perimeter, and installed vented soffits to provide proper attic ventilation. Everything was replaced and cleaned up beautifully. The following week they returned to install the ridge vent and replace the roof including the shed free of charge. Shortly afterward, they completed the project by installing the new gutters. Considering the amount of work that ended up being required, I believe the price was very reasonable. My attic is noticeably cooler now, and I’m looking forward to the next rainstorm to see the new gutters in action. I would definitely recommend Bobby and his team to anyone looking for honest, professional, and high-quality roofing work.

Bobbi and his team lived up to all the great reviews from his other satisfied clients. His estimate was fair, the workmanship and materials were all outstanding, and the time they took to complete the roof was unbelievable. If you are looking for any quality exterior projects to be completed thoughtfully by a professional, you just need call Bobbi quickly before he gets booked for the season. Don’t be fouled by the “pitch” from a slick ad promo, go for the real deal - go with Bobbi. Trust me, you won’t regret it. Update - Oops, sorry for the misspelling of “Bobby” (senior moment I guess). No matter how it’s spelled, you’ll never find a better guy to do your exterior project.

I am so pleased I chose Realistic Exterior for my new roof here in Chester County. Super professional from start to finish. Clear options and pricing for a Certainteed Landmark PRO roof with all Certainteed materials. The price the owner, Bobby, proposed was $10K under a competitive bid from a large roofing company in MontCo. The owner was here every day supervising a well-coordinated and friendly crew. Great work and attention to detail including the dumpster placements and removals. Highly recommended!

Realistic Exteriors did an incredible job on our home, and working with Bobby was an absolute pleasure. From day one, he made the entire process smooth and stress‑free. Bobby was knowledgeable, honest, and easy to work with. One thing that really stood out was the consistency and professionalism of his crew — the same team showed up every single day, worked efficiently, and treated our property with respect. They also cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day, which we appreciated more than we can say. Bobby himself was on‑site throughout the project, personally overseeing every detail to make sure the work was done right. That level of dedication is rare, and it shows in the final result. On top of that, his pricing was realistic and fair, with no surprises or unnecessary upselling. Our roof and siding look fantastic, and we couldn’t be happier. We highly recommend Realistic Exteriors to anyone looking for quality craftsmanship from a company and owner that truly care about their customers.

Bobby was so great to work with to replace my roof. His price was very realistic, his communication was ideal, and his workmanship was excellent. Bobby and his team did a beautiful job. My house sits on the side of a hill and it’s very tricky to navigate for delivery trucks, etc. He was able to get everything lined up to get the job done efficiently with minimal disruption. I would hire him again, but I have a feeling I wont need a new roof on this property for a long, long time. Highly recommend!!!
