Way, way over priced. Be patient, check with a few roofers for a better price. I have been buying and selling homes for 15 years, and this might be the worst pricing I have gotten from a contractor. Also, any roofer says they are charging …

Way overpriced. Charged me $700 to fix the flashing around my vent. Said he could have it done in an hour and a half. 15 minutes later he was done. Will never call for service again. Told me my foundation is leaking. Definitely will be getting a second opinion from another company

This company charged me $1000 for a $300 fix and pretended they were doing me a favor with a discount, and stood over me while I left a good review under duress. These guys are outrageously immoral. I wish I could give no stars, The experience left me extremely upset.

We have a very small flat townhouse roof (approximately 480 to 500 sq ft). We had a very small leak in the bathroom. Jon came out the next day, inspected the roof and told us there were various cracks and that he could come back that afternoon to do a roof tune up for the price of $4,600. With rain in the forecast for the next few days we agreed – PLEASE DON’T MAKE THE SAME EXPENSIVE MISTAKE WE MADE – TAKE THE TIME TO GET ANOTHER QUOTE. We did not realize that it would only take 1 person 2 ½ hours to complete this “roof tune up”. I asked for an itemized bill – they gave me a better bill but still did not breakdown the cost of materials and the cost of labor. They said they charge a flat rate to do the work. So if someone has a 1000 sq ft roof, does the roof tune up cost them $4,600 as well? I don’t mind paying for work to be done but this was beyond OUTRAGEOUS. I even wrote them a letter to see if they misquoted me. They were very professional and responded that they have 43 years of experience as a roof leak specialist company which means they can charge higher prices for repair and diagnostic services and that they spend considerable time diagnosing and locating the issue – is ½ hour a considerable amount of time diagnosing the issue? That is all it took for Jon to say we needed a roof tune up and that he could do it that afternoon. We were fools and feel taken and just want to make sure that you should definitely get another opinion…..we knew this but didn’t follow our own advice.

Called this company out for a roof leak after finding water spots in my bathroom ceiling. After coming out and diagnosing the problem as flashing around vent pipes, they replaced it for an outrageous price. Come the next rainstorm, I went up to my attic and found water still leaking through. After coming back out, they wanted hundreds more to “fix” the leak around some of the vents on the roof from the bathroom fans/dryer. The worker was courteous and agreed to caulk around the vents for no additional charge (5 minutes worth of work), but the prices for their services are ridiculous.

Wind damage to flashing along roof. One piece was torn in two and the other was mangled. I was given two options a day before before an incoming storm was to hit again. $395 to somewhat straighten the mangled piece and attach the torn pieces. Or $2200 to install new 18’ section of flashing. I was disturbed as we had used them in the past to reattach damaged flashing and it was $125 last time. We went with the former as a storm was incoming and the alternative was exposed wood. Our HoA understood we needed it covered until it could be properly replaced. We took in two other bids to replace it and Evangelista’s quote was by far the most expensive for either service.
