  Please be cautious and don’t accept the first offer they give you! They initially came out and quoted me $39,000 for a 24-square roof, which was outrageous. After some back-and-forth, they suddenly dropped the price to $18,000, calling it a “July 4th discount” and 30-day special.” While $18K is actually a fair price considering the skylight replacement, I would not recommend this company due to their high-pressure and misleading sales tactics. Offering a quote more than double the final negotiated price is not just aggressive—it’s predatory. Please don’t fall for it. Always get multiple quotes and stand your ground

  After I had my brand new roof put on I had nothing but trouble with this company. They installed my roof incomplete and I had major floods in my house during the first rain fall. Alec, showed no urgency of even coming until the evening the next day to take a look at it. He didnt even take down the full containers of water I had to put in my attic to catch the water. He did fix their mistake but did not acknowledge the inside damage of my house. When I asked what he was going to do about it, he offered me $400. I have thousands of dollars worth of damage to my house. I had to get a mitigation company out to suck up all the water and now I have holes that need to be repaired. Not only is my house a mess from the water damage but they left roofing nails in my driveway and I have to get a whole new tire replaced. There’s more than two nails in the one tire. This company is extremely unprofessional and does a quick job to get it done. They take no responsibility to the damage that they caused. They seem like they have all these good reviews and that’s why I used them. I wish I used a roofer that actually had a lot more experience and a owner of that stood by his work.

The owner responded within minutes to advise that you do your best to contain the water entering until they could personally come out the following day. The leak was promptly fixed prior to any further rain events and financial compensation was offered for your troubles. Again, we apologize for any negative experiences. As a company full of human beings, we make mistakes once in a while like everyone else, and are happy to do whatever it takes to make them right. We are however a bit confused as you have not responded to any communication. We have attempted to reach you on the following days but have received no response.   My 18 y/o roof was in need of a few patches. I reached out to several groups on Thumbtack, of which East Coast was one of three which was able to provide a quote quickly. First quote: Please replace your roof, sir. That will be $18,000 please. Second quote: Pretty good. This group, which was quite professional, timely and had a good price point, was certainly in the running. They were actually a few dollars lower than East Coast, but the bottom line isn't everything. East Coast Roofing was incredibly professional, explained everything to me clearly, with amazing honesty, and was in the ballpark on cost compared to the second group. I pulled the trigger with them right away, and almost a month ago they were out to do the repair. Since then, we have had numerous storms, some with cats and dogs, and my roof is solid once again, if only for a few more years. Alas, home ownership comes with its maintenance routines. I can't say enough good things about East Cost. This team is tearing it up, and I look forward to working with them in the future! Follow-up: 3 years later, and that 18 y/o roof had become a 21 y/o roof and was now in need of replacing. I reached out to several roofing contractors, and East Coast was, again, just such a good fit. Their pricing is reasonable, incredibly so, and their work product and ethics are, as my first experience several years ago showed, top notch. This crew does it right, and I cannot say enough good about them. Some of the other contractors out there will get you for 2 to 3x par (meaning they make a grotesque amount of profit, enough that it would make most sick if they knew they were being taken for such a high amount). Always get three quotes and make sure one of them is from East Cost. You will be SO glad that you did!

  I had them come out to put new flashing on my chimney after I found out the previous roofing company did not replace the flashing from the original roof. Looks great, and they even replaced the board underneath the roof from a previous leak. Great service and communication.

  As a younger woman owning a home, it can be hard to find professionals who take you seriously and don’t talk down on you so I’m extremely thankful that I found East Coast Roofing. Mike was incredibly professional and never made me feel stupid or unheard with the MANY questions I asked him. He’s clearly passionate about what they do and explained things in layman’s terms without being condescending. East Coast was by far the most inviting company that came out to look at my roof, they had the best pricing, and they did a phenomenal job. My roof not only looks great, but they also did a fantastic job cleaning up after themselves, you’d never even know that they were there. All in all, I’ll be recommending this company to everyone I know. :) thanks again East Coast team

  Replaced shingle roofing. Great communication and everything laid out and easy to follow. Good job was very careful of shrubs and outside stuff. Cleaned up and you would not know they were there. Finished in one day . Would definitely recommend to everyone that needs roofing work done.

  Mike with east coast roofing was a huge help in us replacing our roof following storm damage. He was very professional and provided us a reasonable quote. He also inspected inside the attic for any damage which may have resulted from exposed holes. Communication was always consistent and he went above and beyond in helping us navigate the insurance process and providing any evidence/documents requested. We love the Brownwood shingle on our roof and could not have been more pleased with East Coast Roofing!

The estimate was completed promptly, and during the repair, the East Coast Roofing Systems project manager was courteous and professional.
