Disappointed. Major lack of professionalism, communication and follow thru. We just moved to the area and reach out to this company based on their reviews. An estimator came out, took pictures and said I would receive an email with a detailed quote within 1-3 days. 10 days later I called asking for my estimate. I was assured I would receive it within the next 1-2 days. Another week goes by and still nothing, so I call back. Once I again I was assured I would receive the estimate by the next day. Still haven't received an estimate. It's been a month since they've been out. It is ridiculous that within the last month they can't spend 15-30 minutes to draw up a quote for a potential customer. I cannot imagine their actual work and performance hold better quality or customer service than they have shown us.

Hi Rachel, I can understand your dissatisfaction and we do sincerely apologize. It is never our intention to have customers waiting that long to receive an estimate, and we are sorry for the experience you had with us. We are a small family … More

We had previous experience with David and his company William Penn Roofing, when he came out to make some repairs on our then 23 year old roof. He did a great job enabling us to get an additional 7 years out of that roof and never tried to pressure us into replacing the roof at that point. So it was a no brainer to turn to William Penn Roofing again when we needed a full roof replacement. As a hands on owner, David really cares about his company's local reputation and keeping his customers happy. Everyone at William Penn from Dan, who did our estimate; Will, our on site project manager, to Rachael, our in office contact, was highly responsive and communicative whenever we had questions or concerns. We invested in a premium CertainTeed Grand Manor asphalt shingle roof and William Penn took the necessary time and tools to handle the materials and the install correctly. Clean up after both the roofing and gutter installation was phenomenal as well, with no debris left behind. In addition, they were very considerate of our neighbors with no blocking of the streets and delivering materials right at the time of install. I highly recommend William Penn Roofing for both roof replacement and the seamless gutters we had installed.

I highly recommend William Penn Roofing!! I am so pleased with my new GAF charcoal roof...absolutely lovely. Owner Dave LaSalle, his project manager and his crew were very professional and provided an excellent experience and terrific communication throughout the process, from estimate to installation. The crew worked diligently, were respectful, and thoroughly cleaned up the job site upon completion. William Penn has done roof repairs for me over the years, prior to my new roof installation this spring. Dave has always provided excellent service at very good pricing. Thank you William Penn and Dave LaSalle!

We recently had William Penn Roofing replace our roof and they did an incredible job from top to bottom. The representative, Kim, did a great job of getting our quote and presenting options to us. The roofing team did a superb 1-day job and cleaned up our yard well. The project manager on the job was there the whole time to answer our questions also! I highly recommend.
