Be careful with this company! What they talk at the estimate is different from the contract, if you do not pay attention you will lose your money. Not happy and say Bye to them.

If you want to be on a 3 on your side episode hire these guys. Won't complete the job, won't take or return your calls in a timely manner, all around shady and shody work .

Horrible service!! I had them re-coat my flat roof and it started leaking after a year and a half. After several unanswered calls and emails I finally got them to send someone out and take a look. THEIR OWN ROOFER told me the coating they used was inferior and he didn't know why they would even use it. They agreed to fix it and the guy they sent brushed a little coating on a small portion of the roof and left. So I complained some more, and they agreed to redo the whole roof. It still leaks. Now I have to pay another company to do it the right way! It is also worth mentioning that through that whole ordeal, I was never able to get an actual person on the phone.

Staff seem disorganized and cant achieve hard-times with customer schedules. I have waited and asked several times for just a bid... I want to give you money for a service on a roof for our Paradise Valley Home yet I feel like I have to beg to just get quality customer service! I will take our business somewhere else..

If I could give this company 10 stars, I would! From Randy's estimate, to the perfect communication and spotlessness during the re-roofing process, Porter Roofing was EXEMPLARY. The 3 day job we had done: repair the flat roofing all the way down to the rotted wood decking, spraying foam, sloping it for proper water runoff, applying elastomeric coating. We were shown pics of the progress each day and the team showed up on time and stayed all day in the heat to complete the job. The roofers even cleaned my yard AND the neighbor's yard after each day's work. At one point, we noticed they had covered my neighbor's car across the street to ensure the foam overspray didn't affect it! They absolutely blew our minds with this level of service. A special shout out to Victor, the roofing Lead, for his great communication, perfectionism and attention to detail. These people are the real deal, and we couldn't be more pleased with their work. We'll be sharing their name far and wide as a family-owned company that prides themselves on honesty and a fastidious work ethic. Ok, now that I'm thinking about it, they should actually get 50 stars...!

This is the second time I’ve used Porter Roofing, Inc., and once again they did not disappoint. Their pricing is reasonable, the staff is attentive, and the quality of their work is outstanding. They do exactly what they promise, clean up thoroughly afterward, and the final result looks fantastic. You delivered again — thank you!

Porter bid my project very competitively. The second bid I secured for the same work was over twice as much. The project itself was flawless. Team was extremely neat and completed the work on schedule. I highly recommend Porter.

After multiple attempts to get in contact with other roofing companies after a few leaks from the heavy rain, our neighbor recommended Porter. I’m so happy she did because it was a great experience from start to finish! They showed up when they said they would and completed the job on time and without any issues. Everyone from office, to quoting and installers were very friendly and professional. I highly recommend this company and will continue to use in the future for any roofing needs.

Porter roofing has fixed small leaks in my 20 year roof several times. They are timely and professional. Never have they tried to sell me a whole new roof. Reasonably priced and friendly.
