  This company has zero respect for its clients. Hammering making noise at 6am. They did this on my days off. Took 3 days for one simple roof.

  I must say I am HIGHLY disappointed in this company. I called after hurricane Beryl to get a quote on a roof repair. Although they were prompt to come out and give me an estimate, it took their office more than a month and a half to contact us for an appointment. Then, there is MY BIGGEST issue. First they show up with incorrect materials, then I get told that the quote I docusigned was too low. It would now be 3x the orginal price. They seemed to care more about redoing my entire roof as the topic kept being pushed toward financing and eligibility for "total roof replacement". I have been holding out for over a month to do business with this company (not to mention dreading every time I see rain forecasted) and now I'm being told it's 3x more. Personally, I find this to be a bad business practice and I am truly disappointed in the way my case was handled.

  Had a representative visit mother's house for a free estimate. Took the morning off and moved my schedule around to accommodate. The morning of - had to remind the project manager there was an appointment set up; she stated she made a mistake on her calendar. They still arrived (late) and took an assessment. Never received a quote from 09/16/24.

  I had a skylight installation done by this company. They left space in the roof and when it rains the water comes through and I’m not satisfied with the service.

  WHAT A NIGHTMARE! WHAT A NIGHTMARE! RCI Roofing put on a new roof and made repairs to the interior of my home due to water damage; however it was not done correctly. I have pictures showing the plywood does not meet at the top of the ridge (about a 3"x5" hole), but they will not complete the job correctly. Poor workmanship and poor customer service! BEWARE!!! RCI is however very good at changing their story. I was told by RCI that I could not get anyone else to touch my roof because it would invalidate the warranty. Every time there is a lot of rain (including Harvey) the damage becomes worse. They say it is standard to leave a 3 inch gap but according to 3 other companies that is not true... It is only acceptable when there is a ridge vent on top. I originally had a ridge vent but when RCI put on the new roof they installed plywood all the way to the top--- EXCEPT for 5 inches (which is the 3"x5" hole). They were too lazy or maybe even too cheap to install the last 5 inches correctly. They brought out their own engineer that said he could not validate the location of the problem without taking further steps... however RCI interprets that to mean their is no problem. He suggested to try water testing; however RCI ran from that suggestion real quick because they knew it would show water getting into my house. Instead, they came out and put a bandaid on the hole (Ice and Shield) instead of simply replacing the plywood. I had a chimney company that was recommended by their engineer to come out and say that everything points to the flashing and that a hole that close to the flashing can EASILY be the problem. He said there were no signs of water intrusion through the brick and ruled out that concern. I also sent pictures of the hole to a home inspector and my insurance company and they agreed the plywood should not have a gap and that it is installed incorrectly. They also said that air infiltration would only be a problem if there was an attic involved which is not

  Based on the way their truck guys drive, I would never hire them to put a roof on my house!! No respect. No common curtesy to use a blink and almost sideswiped me because his lane ended and he wasn't paying attention!! Don't drive like a jerk if you are going to have your business name on the side of your truck!!

  Wouldn't hire these guys to put a roof on an outhouse. Undependable and unreliable. Had an appointment for them to give me an estimate on roof repair. Guy never showed up and when I left a voice mail for him he never bothered to return the call.

  Raul with RHI Roofing is truly an all-around expert. I initially discovered his company through an online search when I noticed a water leak in my home and needed a reliable roofer to perform an inspection. With his excellent reviews, I decided to give him a call, and I’m so glad I did. Raul came out promptly, inspected my roof, and confirmed there were no roofing issues. Instead of stopping there, he took the time to help me figure out where the leak could be coming from. He suggested having my HVAC system in the attic be checked, which turned out not to be the issue. He referred me a team to reattach ducting and ensure everything was sealed correctly. After their work, still no signs of water damage, stains, or leaks anywhere. Even though the problem wasn’t related to my roof, Raul continued to follow up and help me troubleshoot the issue. I had a master bathroom remodel done two years ago, and due to warranty restrictions, he couldn’t cut into the sheetrock. Raul advised me to contact the original contractor, Statewide, to investigate further. When they came out, they initially tried to dismiss the issue as unrelated to their work. At that point, I called Raul again, and he immediately stepped in, came over again, and helped me for no charge. He personally identified the root cause, a slow leak from the shower drain pan that had likely been ongoing since the original remodel. The wood underneath was heavily saturated. I cannot thank Raul enough for going above and beyond to help me pin point the root cause, even though it did not turn out to be a job for him (yet). His integrity, responsiveness, and expertise are rare to find. There are very few professionals left like Raul who go out of their way to help someone out just because, and I will be forever grateful for his time and dedication. The next time I need something Raul will be the very first person I call!!

  RCI was able to help us navigate with the insurance company for a recent roof leak - they gave us options for both repair or replacement of our roof - the crew was on time, professional and worked to have the damage repaired timely - I would highly recommend them and will use them in the future!

  We've used RCI for total roof replacement for two properties now. Eddie C and RCI did excellent work on both properties. Pricing was comparable and better than other estimates and the work was done quickly and effortlessly. We had excellent communication and our concerns were addressed promptly. I highly recommend RCI for your roofing needs.

  We needed a roof inspection to comply with our insurance company's demands and had a very tight deadline. RCI Roofing Company provided the proper evaluation and photos. The needed storm damage repair was done very quickly and updated information was provided to us for the insurance company. RCI Roofing's staff and quality of the work is one of the most professional companies I have dealt with through homeownerships in states from Missouri, New York, New Jersey and Texas. I give RCI Roofing a personal triple A+ rating.
