Razor Roofing and Construction

The only one or two-star review we hold for Razor Roofing and Construction.

They came out to fix my garage roof but when the repairs didn’t work out in just a short amount of time I tried to reach out to them and I never heard back from them and am now left with a mess and there wasn’t even an attempt to bring a resolution. I would not recommend them for anything beyond very basic projects, if those.

Hello Alisha South We’re sorry to hear about your experience. During our visit, we explained that the main issue affecting your garage roof is caused by the surrounding trees — their leaves are blocking the drainage system, even though it has three drains installed. The best long-term solution would be to install a larger drainage system to allow proper water flow. If you’re open to making those improvements, our team is ready to help. Please contact us through our office line so we can find the best way to assist you. Thank you.

These guys were great. They got to us quickly and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the results. They even repaired some soffit damage that was not on the scope of work. Thank you guys again and we will definitely use them in the future.
