Frankie Neal and their crew did a great job getting my roof done. I for the first time in years have no roof leaks which I had a great test later in the day after they completed my roof. Their crew is hard working and know what they are doing 👍. I recommend them to anyone who asks me about a metal roof …

Seminole Roofing & Construction is without a doubt the best roofing company I had dealt with and I would highly recommend them if you want a worry free, quality job. They were spot on with the estimated time and cost. Although I hope I don’t have to replace a roof too soon, I know who I am calling next time.

I can’t thank Frankie and his crew enough! We purchased a repo and they helped make this house my forever home. Frankie answers every phone call/text or responds promptly, he listened to what I wanted and most of all he finished the job when he said they would. I will not ever hesitate to refer Seminole Home Improvement to my friends.

Frankie the owner is friendly and very professional. Helped us out with shingles blowing off my mother in laws house and repair a water leak from the rain on our house. If we ever need a new roof we would use him in the future for all roofing needs.

Seminole Home Improvement installed our metal roof and siding in September 2011. Given the weather events over the past 13 years, we requested a roof inspection. Frankie came promptly and advised that the roof is holding up well. He caulked around two vents for extra reinforcement and also applied coating to our sunroom/patio roof that is not part of their metal roof system. Frankie is professional and polite and eager to please his customers with quality work at a reasonable price. Please consider Seminole Home Improvement for your roofing needs!!
