BEWARE: OVERPRICED! LOWEST QUALITY OF WORK DONE ON MY ROOF.

Update: We have gone out and addressed all concerns presented but no update to your review. That is pretty disappointing for any company resolving customer concerns that the customer is willing to address in a public forum prior to any contact with the company and not willing to update after they are satisfied. I hope all is well with your roof. Thank you, Hamilton Roofing Company Good afternoon RoseAnn, I attempted to contact you regarding your review. The lady that answered the phone said you were her sister. She said the roof was completed at your mother's house. Could you please call us at your earliest convenience to let me know more about your concern? It looks like we provided 3 different estimates and you went with the reroof option. The job photos we have look like every thing was completed well so I would like your feedback regarding the price and quality concern you have. I look forward to discussing your concerns with you! Thank you, Ami

The young man who came out for the quote was polite, explained my options. The men who came out to do the repair again let me know what they would be doing and let me know when they were finished.

Hamilton Roofing re-roofed our home on 8/08/23. Their workers did a great job tearing off our old roof and replacing it with better material. The roofers cleaned up after themselves, and I am pleased with their workmanship. I would definitely hire Hamilton Roofing again.

JB, Ami, Tom and Katey were very personable. I went in to get som pictures of my nephews truck for my brother. They were a bit leery at first but they confirmed with my nephew first. Very nice business. Clean inside and out. Friendly staff too. They have a sweet dog on site.

Gutters were installed in March 2022 and just rained yesterday and I noticed a place where it had a drip. I called and Preston was out to check it that day. Some adjustments were needed. Preston got the adjustment completed the next day an they honored our contract and adjustment at no cost. Preston is fast, precise and such a professional and polite young man. I highly recommend Hamilton for their gutter services.
