Our roof was in terrible shape, and these guys completely took care of it. They were professional, efficient, and kept everything clean at the end of each day, which we really appreciated. Riley was especially kind and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

Design Roof Services provided exceptional professional service for the installation of my new roof. I would highly recommend them for your roofing needs. They were the 1st to answer my call, showed up same day for the inspection and estimate, and the bid was received in 2 days. Kelly was very helpful and easy to contact for any questions. The crew showed up exactly when they said they would. They were hard workers and I could often hear laughter from the rooftop which speaks volumes. The crew conducted themselves with utmost professionalism and were vigilant about keeping the mess cleaned up. No corners were cut with the materials that were utilized. I am very pleased with the outcome and highly recommend them for your roofing needs!

What a wonderful experience! Easy to communicate! Great crew on site! Very pleased with customer service and ownership of craftsmanship. Mr Hopkins came from Carlsbad to Hobbs to take care of us during a very difficult time. This is how you run a successful company!

I called Kelly on Saturday (5/13/23) and he had someone at my house on Monday to start working on my roof for wind damage to the shingles. The work was done on Wednesday after only 5 days since first contact. The entire process was very professional, and the roofer Jonathan was very thorough in his explanation of everything and was also very professional. It was an all-around great experience.

Excellent job, professional look. They didn’t take short cuts to save time. Very informative and helpful in choosing colors and location of downspouts without being pushy. My neighbor saw installation early and requested quote for her house.

You will not find a more honest and dependable company to work on anything to do with roofing. He has a crew but is always onsite to ensure everything goes smooth. He will follow up to make sure the work he did is complete and will fix anything that he finds. He will also include you on things he may see even if its not in his scope to repair, so that you can get it fixed. I called him and he was out the next day for an estimate and started repairs within a day of me signing the agreement. Awesome company - and Kelly is the real deal!

I was extremely pleased with the work Design Roof Services did on my carport and patio roof. Kelly and his employees are awesome. This company also did repairs for me that they normally don't perform. I give Design Roof Services 5 stars plus. I recommend them for any roofing problems you have.
