  I am bewildered by this company. While the actual roof job seems acceptable, their communication and follow-through have been a nightmare. They replaced the roof on my Dad’s house in May 2025, just before he sold it. State Farm issued a check for the actual cash value portion of the claim, and the salesman assured me he would send the completed invoice to State Farm so Dad could receive the depreciation/replacement cost. At that point, we could pay the full bill with the insurance proceeds. Since then, I have followed up more times than I can count. Each time, the salesman offered excuses and promised to take care of it—but nothing ever happened. I once reached the owner’s wife, who also promised to resolve it, but there was no follow-up from her either. Now my calls and texts go unanswered. The only time I can reach anyone is when a sister company is covering their phones, and even then all they can do is pass along another message. To this day, we have not received an invoice—not even for the cash value portion already paid by insurance. This is the first company I’ve ever dealt with that seems completely unconcerned about collecting payment for the work they did.

  Used them to repair wind roof damage years back. Great communication the first time. Had to call them back to fix poor workmanship. Attempted to use them again for hail damage, terrible communication efforts on their part. Doesn’t seem they have a dedicated office/secretary because of the blatant disorganization. Ultimately had to switch to another roofing company to get the job done.

  Don’t waste your time!!!!! For over a year we’ve been trying to get them out and every time Chris says he is going to have someone out there. Terrible company!!!

  The work on our Home was suppose to be done a month ago and has yet to be finished.. very unprofessional and very short in communication... very messy... promise dates have been broken several times... Totally expected a smoother process …

  Nice initial contact with itemized estimate. Zero follow up when I commit and I’m ready to spend $25 grand on a roof. Must be nice to be able to throw business away.

  Sutton roofing did a great job on my roof! Fast, trusting and reliable! Will definitely be calling them again for any and all roofing problems! Highly recommended!

  Sutton Roofing put a very nice roof on our home. Later when it rained & leaked, I called. Chris came, found the leak and kindly repaired the roof! Now years later, I'm calling Sutton Roofing for another quality job! I also spoke to a very kind, gracious lady that put the plan into action! Not one of is perfect, may we be kind to one another.
