Hi Apix Guisse, Are you sure that the new roof system is a Rauth Roof? Please advise on your address as we have not received any complaints regarding newly installed roof systems leaking. Rauth Roofs are issued with total system warranties backed by the Ontario Industrial Roofing Contractors Association and Manufacturer's that ensures total system performance (material and labour) for periods of 10-30 years. Regards

Called for an emergency leak on our roof. Was told they would call me back and come out to see in the next few days. Called back again and was told I had already called twice and someone would call me back and schedule a time for them to come out and take a look Never called back and never came out. Unprofessional

Hi Adam, We've reviewed our call sheet and don't see any information with your name attached. Apologies if this call was missed by our team. I left a message with the receptionist at your office last week to arrange a roof inspection should your leaks still be active. Please feel free to contact the Office 519-945-6301 Regards

I've had a fantastic ongoing experience working with Rauth Roofing. As a Realtor, it's important to have professionals I can rely on when assessing the financial risks of a commercial building purchase. Rauth has completed several comprehensive roof inspections for my clients, allowing them to make informed decisions during their due diligence period and giving them peace of mind at closing.

Steph, thank you so much for the kind words. We’re really glad our comprehensive commercial roof inspections have helped you and your clients better understand the risks and feel confident through due diligence and at closing. We appreciate you trusting us as a reliable partner.

We called Rauth Roofing because our garage roof was leaking. Mitch came out and checked the roof. He was very friendly and professional. He checked the problem and gave us a choice to either repair or put on a new roof. We chose to just repair. A couple of days later, a roofer came out and repaired the four corners of the roof. It was an extremely hot day but he got the work done. The people at Rauth were great to work with. They were very personable, efficient and the work was done quickly. The price was very reasonable and actually a bit less than the quote. We would certainly recommend Rauth Roofing to our friends. L. Charlton
