If there's something wrong with your roof those guys won't tell you till the job is done and it's too late do anything. There's better companies out there.

Called for quote on complete roof replacement. They never showed up. Would not recommend any company that doesn't show up to do estimates

We were called to Windsor to assist in the water damage claims in September of 2016. We had a client that had a leaking roof and called Derrick from Allstar Roofing. He was very professional on the phone. It did take him over a week to get out to inspect the roof. While I understand that it is a busy time. 2 weeks later the roof was still not tarped, nor do I have the report or quote. When called to follow up on tarping there was no answer and no follow up phone call. We ended up having to get another local roofer to tarp the roof.

  Reply from the business

I would like to apologize for the possible miscommunication with your project. Our free estimates do not include a tarped roof, this service is only offered once an agreement has been made between both parties. We appreciate your feedback.

Absolutely recommend this company. We were hit by a storm. They came out the very next day at 5 pm to make sure the roof was sealed before the next rain and then came back to completely finish the roof in 3 days. Thanks to Nigel, and James and the crew who were extremely professional and courteous. Excellent!!!

Here’s a polished version of your review: We had a great experience with All Star Roofing! A few days ago, the strong winds blew off several of our shingles, and when it started raining, we were very concerned about potential leaks. I called around 8:00 a.m., and James and his son, Ace, arrived within 20 minutes even in the rain. They immediately applied waterproof protection to our roof to prevent any leaks, which gave us so much peace of mind. James returned today with his crew to replace the missing shingles, and they did an outstanding job. The entire team was professional, efficient, and clearly took pride in their work. I highly recommend All Star Roofing, especially if you need fast, reliable service during an emergency. We truly appreciate everything they did and would definitely work with them again in the future!
