  Hi, there! We’d like to take a minute to respond to your poor rating of our business … your request for a quote came in a week ago. It was followed up with a text message to the business line the following day which was promptly answered and an estimate for roof replacement was scheduled. Yes, the estimator was running a bit behind schedule; this sometimes happens when customers have additional questions and require a bit more than the allotted time. You were contacted as soon as it was evident that there would be a delay in arrival and given the opportunity to let us know if pushing back your estimate worked for your schedule. We would’ve been happy to reschedule for another day, had we known you had a conflict. When our estimator arrived, you had another roofing company present (one that he was unfamiliar with, not recognized as a long-standing or reputable name, and not a company who we would be able to compete against). Our crew member had another customer to see and it was determined that he would proceed with the following call. You were notified of this, as well. We did not refuse a quote because you were “shopping around”, in fact, we encourage our customers to get additional quotes and ask any questions that they may have so we can provide an estimate that aligns with a customers’ needs and budget.   Why are you advertising my roof?? You legitimately messed up the entire roof! Ruined all of my expensive material and never fixed it or took money off? Below you will see photos I added of the shingles that were not installed properly. The owner ensured he knew how to lay them and it should be a brick pattern. You need to take photos of my house down you never asked to advertise with my home…and it’s messed up? Not sure why you would advertise a mess up with your own company??

  The worst roofing job I have ever seen and you post it in your ads? What a joke. Have to go to Superior Court now I guess. Shouldn’t have ripped my family off.

  If I could give them no stars I would. The owner is Unprofessional and threatens unhappy costumers with lawsuits if they don’t remove unpleasant reviews. Do yourself a favour and keep looking!!!

In the last documentation that I provided to you we showed the installation and how it was installed correctly . It is unfortunate that this started with the bay window that did not have a roof above it. We realize that this was a very frustrating time for you as you were doing renovations at the same time.   Good Afternoon and thank you for your review. Elite Roofing did attend your residence on different occasions at your request for some roofing issues you were having. The first call was to repair some shingles that had blown off of your roof during a wind storm and to possibly fix a prior repair of flashing around the chimney. You explained to us that you had moved your bedroom at that time downstairs due to mould concerns and problems with several areas leaking. We did replace the shingles and caulked around the chimney as a temporary and cost effective fix. We at Elite felt we had listened to your concerns and you had a budget and could not get a new roof. You then called after another heavy rain and that is when we made the decision to replace the flashing and shingles around your chimney keeping in mind the budget you were comfortable with. We stayed well below your budget by replacing the shingles that had blown off and replacing the chimney flashing and ice and water that was previously installed by another company. Our charge was significantly less than $1000. We were doing our best to provide you with options to keep the cost low as removing the chimney would of been over your budget. We are always here to help and we do appreciate your review.

  Horrible experience don’t ever use them! I had my flat roof replaced and only then did it start leaking! I contacted them and they blamed it on the siding. I had two other experts come out that said it was the flat roof that wasn’t installed properly. I called them again and they insisted it was the siding. They then sent me an invoice for $2500 for coming out to look at it. They told me I had to stop calling them or they would pursue me for this invoice. Check out the Better Business Bureau, there are a lot of complaints. I paid $14,000 for for my flat roof only to have it redone by another professional company.

  Matt from Elite was very professional and responsive. He explained everything to me. He did some follow up calls with me while I was waiting for other quotes. He was not pushy and was patient as I explained that I needed additional quotes. I was not happy with the other quotes for numerous reasons, and so was pleased to give my business to Elite, Matt and his crew. The crew was curtious and got the job done quickly and left my property clean. I was particularly pleased that none of my gardens were damaged!

  Dan and his team were fantastic. He came out to review my problem immediately, gave me an honest assessment and made a quote in very prompt timely manner. The work was scheduled very son afterwards and his team happily worked hard for a very long shift in cold weather . I would definitely recommend this company. Great job guys!

  We had some concerns with our roof and needed a quick fix each time. I appreciate the customer service I got. Matt is professional and responsive. He provided before and after pictures each time to reassure that the job was done. We will continue using their services for any future work.

  Absolutely 10/10 service! Called for a quote to fix a hole in my flashing to keep the squirrels out and Matt was able to come and get it all patched up in the same day!

  Matt did a great job of removing an old skylight. The quote was fair, they showed up when they said they would. Matt took a series of pictures as he did the work and explained in detail what was done. When they left the area he was working in was spotless. All this on a Sunday morning. Thank you

  Big thank you to the team at elite roofing. Hours of availability were helpful when I first noticed our roof was leaking. Was able to get a representative the next morning to review the damage and put the fix in immediately. Would definitely use them again for roof repair or replacement. Anthony.
