Rapid Roofing

The only one or two-star review we hold for Rapid Roofing.

Came out and “fixed” the problem. Yet when the roof continued to leak in my son’s room, they were dismissive when I asked about patching it (they had previously only touched around our chimney, assuring us that would fix the leak). They had previously said to let them know if it still leaked and they’d see what they could do, but when I followed up after the continued leak they just said we had to get an entirely new roof. Mind you, when they first came out they said the roof looked fine. Upped the review to 2 stars since they were initially pleasant to work with.

Our company let her know her roof was in poor condition and that she needed a new roof on the building, we repaired the chimney that was leaking, she called again months later asking that we repair a area in the roof , I told her that the … More

Rapid Roof was fantastic! Quick response to storm damage, put up tarps on damage roof areas. Gave very reasonable estimates and options to redo 1/2 the roof(damaged side) or whole roof. We choose the whole roof. We've never replaced a roof before. Rapid Roof made it a very easy process. Crew worked fast and clean up after was good. Job was done in 1 day (small house: standard 1/2 dormed cape). Owner was very responsive anytime we reached out and very patient with our questions. We are very pleased and the new roof looks great!!

Full roof replacement and a second visit for a skylight replacement. They are timely, clean, reasonably priced, easy to work with. Estimate was quick and both the roof installation and the skylight replacement were done as contracted. No complaints, no leaks, “wicked good”!

Rapid roofing fixed our roof and took down the chimneys that were falling apart and covered the holes. They went above and beyond, would definitely recommend.

I had Rapid Roofing come over and give me an estimate for a new roof. 2 days later, I was having a new roof and new gutters. What a great experience and very reasonable price.I highly recommend Rapid roofing. Thank you, Chris.

I’ve used Chris and the Rapid team across multiple projects now, and I can say he is one of the most reliable contractors I’ve ever worked with. He has handled a wide range of projects for me, including: full roof replacements, complete apartment renovations, masonry, exterior siding, exterior painting, and more. I keep coming back to Rapid because Chris is incredibly responsive and stays in communication throughout the project with updates, he consistently manages to fit me in on short notice, and he hits every timeline he promises. The Rapid team is also committed to quality— he makes sure the job is done right the first time, and will go to greater lengths than other contractors to fix issues. In an industry where prices are all over the place, his rates are extremely reasonable for the quality of work he provides. If you are looking for a contractor who is honest, skilled, and always meets his timelines, I cannot recommend Rapid enough!

Highly recommend! They did my roof years back. Recently had an issue with a couple of shingles blowing off in all this high wind we had this winter. Chris was available to come right over and fix it for a very reasonable price

One of a few companies willing to do a small shed reroof. They gave me a quote much faster than any other company and more complete than some. On top of that they were the best price and had the job done weeks before others could have started.

Chris coyne is a top notch businessman. He is the owner of rapid roofing and he knows how to treat his customers. I needed help with my insurance company demanding I needed to have my roof inspected in order to be renewed, and Chris came down immediately inspected my roof said there was nothing wrong with it and wrote a report to the insurance company for me. He did it for me gratis and he did it for me within 24 hours of visiting my home. Also I have seen his work on many rooftops and he does exceptional work, And very inexpensively if I may add. I recommended him to my neighbor across the street and he treated them very very well and gave them a decent price for the roof that they needed to have replaced I would highly recommend using this company for roofing issues.
