  I didn’t utilize this roofing company because of the escalated pricing FAR beyond reasonable for my “leaky” roof. Maybe, it was because I was a female; I’m not sure. But I contacted one of my friends whose a residential contractor, provided him with the estimate from Rapid Roofers, and he scoffed at the ridiculous price for flashings, seals, 2 foot facial boards. The project was completed by another contractor for less than $700 & Rapid Roofer’s estimate was over $4000 (INSANE). I only provided 1 star so that I could post this review.

  Good afternoon Mrs. Powell, Sorry you feel this way. It is our goal to provide all of our customers with 5 star service and satisfaction. Definitely appalled to think you feel you were over charged just because you are a female. We would have loved to been given a chance or even communicating after the estimate was given with any concerns or questions, and/or been able to see the bid received to compare that they offered you the same quality and quantity of work. Even with you not hiring us, we would still provide knowledge to assure you are getting the needed areas resolved. In addition as a courtesy we waived the service call fee of $49. The estimate was also for several sections needing attention and repair such as: 1. In front of the window above garage install new flashing and seal properly Above garage on flat roof replace two 2 foot fascia boards 2. On right side of the dormer, above garage install new flashing, Remove shingles along wall from bottom corner up to the gutter and install new flashing along the wall and behind the gutter, install new shingles and seal. 3 Repair acoustic texture and drywall repair on garage ceiling and paint entire ceiling in garage.   I would not hire this company or the subcontractors he used to roof my dog house.

  Me Lindey when you had us come to your home you were expecting to pay out of pocket for the cost of your roof. When I did an inspection I encouraged you to have the insurance company take a look. After I met your adjuster, you not only got the roof paid for but also the interior damages. Our file has an unpaid balance of $1379.00 I have called you many times during the past 9 months and you have not returned my call. Would you please call me so we can resolve this matter? You must have us mixed up with someone else who put the roof on your dog house. I look forward to hearing from you. Thank you

  Troy and his crew did an excellent job replacing my roof and handling everything after the recent hurricane damaged my roof. If you're stressing about your roof, do yourself a favor and delete one of those stresses from your life and give Troy a call!

  Troy gave a fair estimate for my roof repairs and came out the very next day and made quite a few needed repairs to my roof which will extend the life of my roof a few more years. Great job and great customer service. Both a must! Thank you Rapid Roofers

  I highly recommend this company. They responded to my call immediately and scheduled an appointment to provide an estimate to replace missing roof shingles. The roofer took several photos of the roof area to be repaired and inspected the entire roof. They provided photos of all the areas in need of repair and provided an estimate. They were able to perform the repairs the same day quickly and efficiently. After completion of the work the roofer provided further photos of the completed repairs. They were fast, professional and courteous.

  I have worked with Troy and Rapid Roofers for several years with a leak here and there, then it came time to have my roof replaced because of damage, I was completely new to this process but thankfully, Troy was there to help me out throughout the process. When my Insurance adjuster came out to do an evaluation, he sent back, a number that was significantly lower than what it should have been. Troy stepped in and negotiated on my behalf with the adjuster to get me the max amount I was due which was around 5k more, which was critical because this would have been out of pocket which I did not have. Troy, schedule his crew to come and replaced the roof. It only took a day and a half, which was fantastic with all the work that had to be done since it was and older type roof with no decking. Troy’s crew was very helpful and professional especially Wilmer. I also will give Troy’s administrator Glory a shout out for also being very helpful throughout the process. The roof looks great, I feel like I have a new house. These are the guy’s you can trust to get the job done, the right way and in a timely manner. See the attached, before and after photos.

  They worked extremely well with the insurance company and got additional money for upgrades that was required by code therefore the roof cost me less than expected. I chose to go with the architect shingles that come with a lifetime warranty with 15 years on labor hopefully I will receive my documentation of that warranty soon as it’s only been 60 days since they have completed the work. The roof was installed in one day including putting on a new ridge cap over with my garage and my house. I found a little to no debris left after having the new roof put on some of my neighbors that use a different company says that they’re still finding nails in their yards I have found none

  "We were having some leaks inside from our aging roof and our gutters were failing as well. Troy and his entire team did a fantastic job in replacing our entire roof in a very short period of time. Troy is very knowledgable and helped guide us in making the roof tile selection as well as doing a great job on installing 3 new sun tunnels. Our house is now brighter with the new light coming in and we love it! Our new gutters keep the rain going where it's supposed to go. No more leaks inside the house and we sleep much better not having to worry every time a heavy rainstorm comes through. We highly recommend Troy and Rapid Roofers for any roof work needed and we would call on them again for any future renovations." Rick & Cher Newcomb
