  This company took advantage of my 79 year old mother. She called them for 2 years to come out and repair the gutter and was lied to 2 1/2 years.. They never call back and when they call back Michelle will advise you they are on the way. They will show up tomorrow it does not happen. I sent the so called owner Mr Jospeh 2 emails to call me and he has not responded or called. The gutter leak wash her landscaping away and had to replace her a/c units.. This company does not guarantee their work or services.. They had a guy working for them asking for more money in cash. If I can give the 0 stars I will. If you want to use a reliable and accountability company they are not it

  GO WITH SOMEONE ELSE! We had our roof done almost 4 years ago because of a leak. The roof never stopped leaking and is still under warranty. We have emailed, called etc. but to no avail they simply do not care despite the warranty.

  Everything started great until the roof was done. Then the problem began. They had to come back 6 times to fix all the mess that was supposed to have been fixed or not created on day one. It was so frustrating and inconvenience to us.

  Work clearly stated on the contract has not been completed, emails, phones calls are ignored for months. When he finally gets back he schedules appointments and never shows up. It has been over a year and the work has not been completed!. …

  Unprofessional,no show/ reschedules multiple times.. owner is fine with taking advantage of people who pay upfront for work & then proceeds to disrespect and disregard them. Take your business elsewhere

  Very unprofessional. Tried to give me inferior roofing material after charging me higher price. Left a hole in roof where rain and animals came into my attic. would say he sending somebody to fix it and they never came. Things that were supposed to be installed never was and wouldnt come back to fix it. Things in contract that were supposed to be included was never completed. This company has no physical address only a po box so if they do a horrible job you have no way of suing them because all they have is a po box.

  Started off professional ended unprofessionally! Once the insurance company denied the claim. I could not get the owner to return my calls. I told him at the time of consultation that I had the money to pay for it. It seems they wanted to get more money through an insurance claim. The woman who answers the phone was nice initially until I told her the insurance co. denied the claim and then her attitude changed as well. Thank goodness I found a reputable company. That still wanted to do the job regardless of how they got paid. They gave me a reasonable quote and the owner was always available to answer my questions. God works in mysterious ways!! I'm glad Premier did not accept the job because I feel like if anything went wrong the owner would not respond. I would not recommend using them.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great experience with Premier Roofing! They replaced both my roof and gutters, and I’m very pleased with the results. The team provided excellent customer service, quality workmanship, and completed everything in a timely manner. The entire process was smooth and professional from start to finish. I would definitely recommend Premier Roofing and Siding, LLC!

  Great company. Mr. Joseph and Michelle are two great professionals. My roof, sidings and gutters were done to my liking and loved the work done on my property I recently purchased. You will not be disappointed and no one will beat their price after contacting approximately eleven companies for estimates.
