  Found this company after researching online and reading reviews. Reviews were great and I went with them. They came out pronto and their pricing was fairly decent. BUT who would have thought they would have used shingles so far off from the color of what's on my roof!!!! I understand the age of my roof but if I was a homebuyer, I would think the house had serious leaking issues...which it had none. I contacted them about the light gray shingles used and was told that's the best match which I find that hard to believe because of all the different color shingles on the market. Not happy with how this looks driving in from the street. They could have almost used black vs light gray!! UGHH!!! Sorry but because of this they will not be recommended by me for roof repairs. UPDATE 3/21/22...According to their response, the original color of my shingles is gray...WHAT??? The original color of my shingles is not gray but BLACK if you look at the shingles showing over the window. With weather and time they have GRAYED out. SMH...

  We at KTM hate to hear that you are not satisfied with your recent roof repairs. Your home's original shingle color is light dove gray. The area of the repair has a lot of dark algae growth, due to this and other factors such as weathering, age, or manufacture changes to colors, we always let the customers know that color match is not a guarantee.

  Got scammed 1 dollar charge on my debit card. Never even heard of KTM roofing. Why do they have my Debit card number.... Scam. Where us the refund?

  KTM did good work on our roof following Hurricane Irma. Now 90 days later they sent a very nasty email saying we did not pay for our services and threatened to take a lien on our home. My husband and i paid CASH with 14 days of receiving the invoice. Thank God we saved our receipt because Hannah the office manager in Stockbridge said she had no record of our payment and offered no apologies. They tried to say we owed another $1000!!! This place does good work but it is not worth the worry that they will fraudulently accuse you of not paying your bill and then threaten to place a lien on your property due to their incompetence. Oh and they offer a $25 discount for positive reviews which is why you see so many on here...they are PAYING FOR POSITIVE REVIEWS! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS!

  This was an unfortunate circumstance that we have never had to deal with in the past. Unfortunately, the payment was recorded in our company system, but the payment was recorded as “$0,” therefore, the “unpaid balance” remained on the account and was forwarded to our internal collections department. The email from our collections department was very professional and in no way “nasty” – it simply inquired payment status and asked that the customer send evidence of payment if it was available. We recognize that this was an obvious clerical error and apologized face to face with the customer’s wife here in the office when evidence of payment was presented. At that time, it was immediately taken care of – no legal action was ever taken and the customer’s balance was at $0. It is a shame that this customer had a different experience than most of our customers with our professional office staff. We strive to be professional and friendly to our customers and regret that this particular customer does not feel that way. We do offer a discount on invoices to compensate our customers for their time in writing a review. We encourage our customers to write positive review for us. We do not feel like this violates any rules or moralities or is unethical.

  We have to get our roof replaced and Chris came by to give us a quote. He was on time, very respectful, very knowledgeable, very thorough, and very friendly. He provided the estimate in less than 24 hours and the estimate was very reasonable and fair! My husband and I are 99% sure we're going to use KTM. We're just waiting for the last estimate to come in before deciding.

  The company was very professional. They responded in a timely manner to my request for an inspection. I received a quote in less than 24 hours after the inspection. They repaired my roof in a timely manner and provided before and after pictures as requested. So far so good. I will wait until the next hard rainfall to see if the repairs were sufficient but I have a good feeling about the repairs.
