  Poor communication, my roof did get done but very poor communication. I’m 3 weeks later and I still haven’t done the final walkthrough and never received all documentation

  Like using local companies so I decided to reach out to Alpine Roofing. They send a representative out the same day I called which is wonderful. Unfortunately….that is the last of the positive review. It’s now been a week and haven’t heard a word regarding my quote. Called twice as well. Now I understand if they don’t want to deal with “small” projects but then communicate that and I would have just moved on to the next company. With this experience I will not be using them for any roofing projects down the road.

  Alpine Roofing pushed us to sign a contingency agreement without providing pricing and told us not to contact our insurance company first. It felt high-pressure and lacked transparency. I’d recommend getting other estimates before signing anything.

  If I could give Logan and the team at Alpine Roofing & Restoration 10 stars, I would. I recently had to undergo surgery and was in the hospital during the installation. The idea of having my roof replaced at the same time was honestly daunting, but Logan completely stepped up and took all the weight off my shoulders. ​He is phenomenally professional, constantly communicative, and truly goes above and beyond for his clients. He handled all the complicated insurance paperwork flawlessly and kept his promise on the pricing down to the last penny—absolutely zero hidden fees or unexpected surprises. ​The new roof looks absolutely gorgeous, and the installation crew was fantastic and respectful of my property. However, his exceptional project management and customer service are what really blew me away. He gave me total peace of mind when I needed it most. If you need a roof, do yourself a massive favor and ask for Logan. You won't regret it!

  The roof on my home had been damaged from a hail storm last year, but my previous insurance company would not pay. I called Alpine, and they came out to inspect the roof and taught me a lot about how insurance companies are changing their rules and reducing their payouts on roofs - basically they are sticking it to the homeowners. I changed insurance companies after reviewing many, but settled once one company checked off all the boxes recommended by Alpine. Within a month of changing companies, I had a new roof thanks to Alpine and their customer information campaign. Thank you for teaching me what to look for!

  My house was damaged by storms, wind, and hail. I spoke to several different companies, but Alpine was never pushy. Every part of the process from the inspection to the actual work was painless for me. They took the time to explain every part of the process. They dealt with the insurance company. Never did I feel like I was being taken advantage of.

  I could not be happier with the work Alpine Roofing has done. We have State Farm as our insurance and the Alpine team fought and had my roof replaced due to hail that State Farm wanted to deny. Logan and his team made the process seamless all the way through with open communication the whole time. If you are looking for a good company to do your roof, contact Alpine Roofing.

  I WHENT THROUGH MANY COMPANIES THAT TRY TO DEAL WITH MY INSURANCE AND NONE DID THEIR JOB. JOHN FROM ALPINE CAME AND HELP ME OUT AND GAIN MY TRUST THAT I LOST IN OTHERS. THEY ARE THE BEST AND ALSO GOT MY INSURANCE TO PAY TO REMOVE AND INSTALL MY SOLAR SYSTEM BACK AGAIN FOR ROOF REPLACEMENT.
