  Four years ago they replaced my roof. Fast forward to 2 weeks ago and another, more highly respected roofing company finds a massive amount of black mold in my ceiling find that there was little in the way of transitions and improper flashing at critical points which has allowed water to seep in for all these years. They claimed to the insurance company that all they did was a patch job. This company not only does bad workmanship, but also lies about what the work they did. Avoid them at all costs!!!

  Justin and his team did an excellent job of installing a new roof on our house. They were punctual, professional, attentive to details, and completed the job in a timely manner. They ensured all materials and debris were removed upon completion. It was a refreshing experience. We would highly recommend Bonafide Roofing.

  Justin and Bonafide Roofing did an excellent job replacing our gutters. He did a drone fly over with photos demonstrating damage and wear and tear, and walked through a plan to address the issues. Justin gave a fair estimate with and without new downspouts and we ultimately replaced the downspouts along with the gutters. Justin also made great aesthetic recommendations, suggesting we go with black gutters for a more modern finish and the result against our brick is fantastic! It looks like a new house and I’ve already gotten compliments from neighbors! The crew was prompt, professional and got the job done in one day. Beyond that, Justin was available for any questions and made adjustments to ensure the project was satisfactory. Definitely recommend Bonafide Roofing! Thank you!

  Justin and his team were very professional, on time, finished early and the clean up was impeccable! I couldn't be happier with my roof or their service! Highly recommend!!

  Bonafide Roofing was referred to me. Justin and crew performed excellent work for me in March. On March 3, roofed my townhome then on March 31 replaced siding. At this point I take opportunity to refer this company to anyone for fair price, quality and respectful experience. Thanks Justin

  Referred to me by my realtor to do my mothers house. From estimate to set up , installation and cleanup. They were very professional and very polite to both me and my mom. I will not use or refer anyone else.

  My roof was an absolute disaster with water coming through the ceiling. When asking people who had their roof repaired or replaced, Bonafide Roofing was brought up. I called and spoke with Justin Sorrows. He came out the same day and got a tarp over the damaged part. He came out to meet with the insurance adjuster to get things going. He worked with the insurance company as much as possible. Due to situations beyond his or my control, I needed to pay for the replacement myself. He did his absolute best to give me a really reasonable price. He and his team came yesterday to do a full rip off, replaced all the bad sheathing and I now have a beautiful new quality roof all completed in one day. While the roof repair was important, the customer service and honesty he provided was impeccable. Whenever I had questions or concerns, he immediately got back to me to make sure I understood the next steps. He was honest about what I needed while being cognizant of my budget. By the time the process was completed, the Bonafide Roofing team felt like more than a quality contractor. I felt like they were new friends. I would highly recommend Bonafide Roofing over any other contractor. I know you will be happy to have them complete your project.

  We’re selling our house and the inspection required some items on the roof to be addressed. Justin came out promptly and addressed all those items and a few more that he noticed. On time, honest & motivated to get your job completed in a timely fashion.

  Bonafide was recommended by two realtors I know. Our home is only 3 years old, however, the builder left us in a lurch with multiple water issues. Justin spent a gracious amount of time inspecting the roof before presenting a quote. The quote was fair and he delivered. Bonafide replaced a large amount of shingles with nail holes and re-roofed a section of the roof requiring roll roofing due to the pitch of the roof but had shingles instead. He also replaced poorly installed/poorly functioning gutters. We were close to experiencing a tremendous amount of water damage. Justin is a fair business man, personable, knowledged and his crews were professional and quick. In a business that creates anxiousness, Justin quickly gains trust and delivers on that trust. I highly recommend Bonafide Roofing for all of your roofing needs.

  A roof replacement is a big investment. I did a lot of research before choosing Bonafide Roofing. They are a family business in operation for many years and it's easy to tell why. They were professional and did what they said they would do. Their price was fair, and the contract was clear about what would be included. Justin walked us through every step of the way. His suggestion for the shingle to use was spot-on, and our roof looks great (the best in the neighborhood!). Walter was here to supervise the crew the entire time. At the end of the day, they cleaned up the job leaving it better than it was before they got here. I would highly recommend them for any job they promise to do.
