  I just had a tree limb fall onto my roof and put a hole in it. I called to schedule an appointment to have them come out the following day to look at it so a quote could be done and to see about scheduling a repair. I was told I would get a phone call the next morning to tell me when they would be out. It is now the afternoon and I have not gotten a phone call, I have tried to call with no answer, I have texted with no response and I have given up. It would have been nice to have a courtesy call or text. I at least found another affordable and reliable company. All area roofing and construction has earned my business since this company does not value their customers. *****Reply to company***** Here we are 3 days later since my initial call 4 days ago and you respond to my rating I left. I never received a call, text or voicemail. I called you 4 days ago and this is the first that I have heard from you. Poor customer service. You are either in it for your customers and business, or you're not. Communication is key with your profession and especially when your soon to be customers have an emergency.

  We had our roof repaired by Rapid Roof and Repair, LLC last Friday. The team, from the office manager, owner and roofer were a phenomenal group. The owner came out same day to assess, next day office gave us an estimate with invoice via email….. two days later it was repaired beautifully. We even received a “thank you” note….wow.   I met Rapid over three years ago when I needed work on my investment properties. He was punctual, knowledgeable about commercial roofs, and very reasonable with his pricing. While not always the cheapest, he consistently offered the best turnaround time and high-quality materials.

  Rapid Roof completed a roof repair for my mom’s house recently. Not only were they first to show up to give an estimate, but they were also the most reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

  They have helped me with several projects including roofing work, soffit repairs, and closing in a skylight and every single job has been done with incredible care and quality.   My experience with Rapid Roof repair was amazing. They came out to inspect my roof the day after I scheduled my appointment, sent me my quote the same afternoon, and completed my repairs the following day! You cannot even tell they were on my roof. I will certainly recommend them to family and friends!

  Nick is the best he did two roofs for us 1 shingle and 1 barrel tile and both were amazing not to mention Nick and crew will always be there for you after the job, we needed documentation that the permit was closed out so we could sell the house in left a message after hours Nick called me the next morning and is going above and beyond to provide that information, who else would do that i highly recommend Rapid roofing they are top notch

  We needed a roof repair after a lightning strike and reached out to Rapid Roof & Home Repairs for an estimate. Nick responded very fast and came out the next day to provide an estimate. He came at the given time (not a 4 hour window like some places). He came back and fixed it fast, and it looks great! Great communication and service!

  Had our roof replaced by Nick and his crew and they knocked it out of the park. They started on a Tuesday and was completely done by Thursday. Did a thorough job of clean up as well! Super professional and easy to work with.

  Nick and his team are great. The assisted with our claim and worked (hard) with our insurance company to get more than they initially offered. Clear and timely communications and most importantly a quality product. Install was quick and they cleaned before they left. Do not hesitate to use Rapid Roof.
