  I engaged this company for roofing of my 3 buildings. (August 2025). Next couple of weeks work is done and said all good. I paid the full amount with good faith. But when, I engaged other people to complete work related to appliances etc.. they told me that, roofing guy has closed all the vents and that need to be fixed. I have requested Jason to get this done... after many requests, he sent someone to verify what need to be done.. (took couple months and many messages). After that, Jason is supposed to send someone to fix the missing vents... It is 6 months now.. atleast 20 plus times, He promised, He is going to come and fix it... still not done... DO ANY ONE WANT TO ENGAGE THIS PERSON? I have sincere doubts about Genunity of HIS 5 Star rating. I have posted the message earlier, He called me and requested to remove it and will come complete the work. It is almost 4 months now.. still not done. Careful people. Good luck. If you need evidence of what I am speaking.. I have proof of the communications with this guy Update: Jason, who never had time to come and complete the job.. called me after this message. came to my place without confirmation (night 7:30 - 8 pm), while I was on my spiritual meetings online. He came and said, everything looks good on roofing.. nothing need to be done. I hope it is true. To confirm the same, He took six months. Offered me $200 (may be he want this message be removed).. I was so upset... I could not complete and rent the 5 units of my property for 5months now, because of this confirmation. (If He want to compensate, He should compensate loss incurred by for the delay....) He has been telling me that, He will send someone to fix it.... for last 5 months... Now without my consent, He want to order inspection, (which he said, not required in the start of work). I have engaged Jason, based on Google reviews. Which was showing all 5 rating.. I paid 1500 higher quote than other quote I received, because of this 5 rating. But if

After reviewing the project details, we stand by our assessment that the roofing work (including installation, flashing, and ventilation as per standard residential roofing practices) was completed correctly in September 2025, and there have been no reported leaks or roofing-related issues since completion. The specific vent configuration and any interior-related concerns such as HVAC performance, kitchen vent hood (which was not and still non existent at time of install), bathroom exhaust vent, building code compliance for habitable spaces, or readiness for rental falls outside the typical scope of a roofing contractor's work. Roofers are responsible for proper roof installation, weatherproofing, flashing of all existing penetrations and basic ventilation per the roofing system's design and manufacturer guidelines—not for overall building envelope, mechanical systems, interior finishes, or rental code compliance for multi-unit properties. That said, we want to help bring clarity and resolution without further delay or dispute. To provide objective confirmation for both of us: We fully believe an independent inspection by the City of Houston will show our work was done properly. We have coordinated with a qualified city inspector, to perform an official inspection of the roof and venting. This will give you documented, neutral verification of the roofing condition and whether it meets applicable codes. If the city or inspector identifies any legitimate roofing-related deficiency that we missed, we will correct it immediately. Regarding compensation or lost rental income: While we regret any inconvenience, we do not believe the roofing work is the cause of the interior delays or inability to rent the units, as the roof has pe

  I highly recommend Randal’s Roofing! We had storm damage on one of our properties, and unfortunately the previous repair had been done very poorly. Daniel came out quickly, looked everything over, and gave us the best option without trying to oversell us. He was honest, trustworthy, and very easy to work with. Two days later, his crew came out, got the repairs done quickly, and left everything clean when they finished. Great experience from start to finish, and I’d definitely recommend Randal’s Roofing to anyone needing roof work!

  Noticed Monday I Had a leak in my shed. I like to support local businesses so I called them. They had someone out the next day to inspect the shed roof. A day later I got the call to schedule the fix and they were out early Friday morning and done by noon. The did a great job and I would highly recommend them.
