  Dear Angela, I apologize for everything that has happened. When we began the work on your home, everything was progressing well. We completed the project on time and performed all the work properly and in accordance with the applicable building codes. After the work was completed, we sent you the final invoice. However, whenever we tried to contact you regarding the outstanding balance, it often took several days to receive a response. Because the final invoice remained unpaid, I asked the metal supply company to place a lien on the property to help ensure that the balance would be paid. I am sorry that the situation reached this point. We hope we can resolve this matter as soon as possible. Thank you.

  This company did not honor their appointments, three times! When one of their estimators finally showed, ( at 4pm for a 9am appointment) he did not fill out the requisite paperwork, ie. what the work entailed for the price, and I never got a straight answer from the boss( Fernando) concerning Ivan, their clearly inept employee. Save yourself a world of time and money, and go with anyone else!

  They missed several scheduled appointments, quoted me one price then came back with another. Agreed on the new price and never came back to schedule or start work after several calls. Completely ghosted. I found another roofer $5k cheaper and they just completed work and all passed inspection. Avoid Ram Roofing they’re apparently too busy or lazy and definitely overpriced.

  I scheduled an appointment for a roofing estimate, and no one showed up. I called the company let him know that scheduled another inspection for the following day and at the time they were supposed to show up I got a call that the estimator had an appointment in Sarasota so they would not be there today would I like to reschedule again? No thanks. If they're unreliable on providing an estimate how can I hire them to do my roof?

  We recently just had Rams finish doing a reroof for us. It took a while for the tiles to arrive from the manufacturer, but once they arrived Jose’s team worked quickly and efficiently at installing the new tiles. His team were courteous and respectful and extremely hard working. Their pricing was extremely competitive. I would highly recommend Ram’s Roofing if you’re thinking of having your tile roof replaced! Job well done! Thank you Jose and team.

  Rams roofing replaced our 20 year old roof and added gutters making it look like a new house again! They were even able to fix existing leaks we had in the gutters on the back of our house. Communication and craftsmanship was top notch, would recommend to anyone!
