Kris is an excellent salesman. It was never made clear to us that he did not have his own roofing installation company. His flowery talk would leave you to believe that "his guys" are doing the work. …

I feel Barger Roofing overcharged me for the size of my project. Kris was prompt in connecting with me to get the contract. I was a distance away from the project. Barger Roofing did do some follow up work per my request to fix some issues, which I appreciated.

I am glad that everything turned out well with the roof. The excellent craftsmanship will last for decades to come. I want to thank you very much for your business. When we completed your roof 8 months ago there was no indication you were not completely satisfied. I went back and checked the price and looked at everything and it was very fair and in line. We installed an upgraded underlayment (peel and stick ice & water shield) on the entire home as well as ridge vent and all new vents, drip edge and boots. We also broke custom metal flashing for the entire length on the flat roof that went up the slope on the roof under the shingles. You have a 5-year warranty on the roof and if you ever need us for anything please just reach out to us. You also have my personal cell phone if needed. I am sorry you feel I overcharged you. I was unaware you felt this way before signing the contract. If there is anything I can do to earn a 5-star review from you, please reach out. I surly did not intend for you to feel this way. Again, thanks for your business and honest review.
