When we purchased our house it was roofed by Pelican Roofing of Florida unfortunately. There is no information on their website as far as what their actual craftsmanship warranty is but I did find where it said 5 years. The paperwork that was given with the house said one. Either way are problems started when we first had our big rain under the one year that we were here and laundry room started leaking the wall behind our kitchen started leaking. After 4 or 5 visits from our local Fort Myers office came out I think they finally got the one behind the kitchen but I'm still in doubt because the one in the laundry room, after 4 years is still leaking and has become a big problem. I have repeatedly called the corporate office as well as mail them a letter to please take care of and resolve their problem and now my calls go straight to voicemail and calls are not returned. The gentleman from the Fort Myers office has come out and started getting ugly and then sent pictures of somebody else's house trying to convince me that was a picture of my house when I was in fact standing with two roofers and they did confirm that it is not my house. So if you have a choice of choosing roofing companies I suggest you choose another company altogether.

Pelican Roofing did a very nice job replacing our tile roof here in Bonita. It was noisy which was inevitable but they did a good job of cleaning up every night and worked quickly to finish a big project in a week. There were a couple minor issues, also inevitable in a job this size, but Ronnie took care of them right away and stayed on top of things. I would definitely recommend them for roofing projects.
