  Scheduled for a roofing quote for 9am with Kirk no call from anyone no show.. I decided to call and see why no one showed up for the appt after waiting around for 45 min. Stephanie told me it was reassigned to Nick but still no call from anyone to let me know this or that he would not be showing up for our scheduled appointment time. Needless to say I won't be getting my new roof from this company.

  You certainly shouldn't let these guys on your roof for one thing they don't follow safety guidelines by OSHA they don't pay their employees. A bunch of crooks the vice president is a used car salesman! Anna bookie that needs to report $500,000 he's taken in to the IRS. they brag and do high fives on breaking insurance companies I literally have that on video. The absolutely do not want to do warranty work. I believe the ones they have working for them do more damage to your roof or cause it so they can get over on your insurance company

  We felt compelled to write a review after our experience with ABC went from excellent to bad. The process including communications, timeliness and insurance payments went well until the work began. The work is actually done by “Sub-contracted” roofers and not ABC employees. When our roof tiles were delivered and distributed to the roof, the crane crushed our driveway causing heaving, sinking and crushing to the point of it being completely ruined. We acknowledged a crack and not being level but we could have lived with that for many years. We just hoped to come to a compromise with the replacement. Instead the sales rep Kirk told us they were not liable since we signed a waver but it only stated they weren’t liable for cracks - even though the site supervisor who saw it happen said they would take care of it. The owner offered a tiny fraction of the replacement cost as a good will gesture and said if he would offer $1,000 more if we would refer them to another home for a new roof which we felt was irrelevant to their responsibility for the driveway. They also failed to pick up the final materials for 2-3 weeks which blocked our garage. When we moved it to the sidewalk for pickup, it got hit by a vehicle and sent black mortar stain all over the road and sidewalk which we were unable to clean up on our own. They committed to sending someone to clean it but no timeframe or communication about when until they actually showed up unannounced. We also did not appreciate the sale rep showing up at our door unannounced numerous times before the work was done asking for additional payments. We prefer to pay off invoices not verbal requests.

  Thank you for taking the time to express your feedback. We are happy to here our Home Exterior Consultant maintained great communications with you. Yes, we are a General Contractor in the State of Florida as well as a roofing contractor. We have subcontractors who are overseen by ABC employed Project Managers. Majority of contractors operate the same way, in some cases without even having an actual employee on site.  The material is delivered and picked up by a distributor not related to ABC, although we value our partnership their day-to-day services are outside of our control.  Yes, we do have customer's sign a waiver for driveway damage and take numerous pre construction photos to document pre-existing damage. We understand it is frustrating, and were happy to send you $1,000 for customer satisfaction.  Our agreements include a section that notes the payment schedule. We do require a down payment, a commencement payment, a dry-in check, and then a final payment. We do not send out an invoice until the final payment is due. We usually do not have problems with our process, but encourage our customers to call the office should they have any questions.  We do apologize for not communicating our arrival or providing advance notice when we came to clean up the stain. We did send out reminders to our Service Tech's to please be sure to call and schedule your arrival. Thank you for bringing that to our attention.

  ABC CONTRACTORS DO GOOD WORK BUT IF YOU ARE IN NAPLES OR FT MYERS AND NEED A NEW ROOF ANC ARE THE ONES TO CALL BUT FOR A FIELD SUPERVISOR THAT DOES THE ESTUMSTES AND QUOTES DO NOT HAVE DARREN DAVIDSON HE GAVE US AN ESTIMATE AND NEVER GOT A QUOTE THE JOB WZD PAID IN TWO CHECKS FROM THE INSURANCE COMPANY. HEN HE PICKEF UP THE FIRST CHECK I ASKED HIM WHAT THE BALANCE. IS AND HE SAID HE HAD TO GO HOME AND FIGURE THAT OUT THEN HE GAVE ME A NUMNER WHEN AI TEXTED HIM AND I GOT A CASHIERS CHECK FOR THAT AMOUNT THEN HE TEXTED ME AND SAID I OWED HIM $500 MORE AND I TOLD HIM I ALREADY HAVE THE CHECK FOR THE AMOUNT HE TOLD ME AND HE SAID HE WAS WRONG AND I SAID SORRY I HAVE THE CHECK AND HE WAS GETTING NO MORE BUT HE KEPT ARGUING BUT HE GOT NO MORE.

  Thank you John for sharing your experience with us. The company policy requires our Field Supervisors work with management directly in regards to any financial concerns from our customers. Darren confirmed with our VP that he personally made an error in the initial amount he informed you was due. He was granted permission on the spot to waive the $500 to compensate for his error and maintain the level of customer satisfaction we believe every customer deserves.   Nick and the entire crew at ABC were wonderful to work with. They did outstanding work from start to finish, and paid attention to every major and minor detail. Our roof is beautiful. HIGHLY recommend!

  I just wanted to say thank you to Kirk and Patrick at ABC for helping me fight my insurance and getting me my new roof after I was denied by State farm. ABC’s services cost nothing and if I would not of had them, I would’ve been stuck paying for my entire roof because my insurance company said there was nothing wrong when I had holes in my roof from the hurricane last year. Do not think your insurance company will do the right thing. They will deny and hope you go away. Get Kirk and Patrick to help fight for you! Let them do all the work for you!

  Nick and the entire team at ABC were outstanding to work with . We’ve had 3 hurricanes go over our roof since 2017 and we had a lot of roof damage . Insurance company denied claim and Nick and team took over and I have a beautiful new roof which will lower my home premium a lot and avoid potentially getting non renewed /dropped ( we got a wind mitigation report separately ) and will not have to worry about leaks in our damaged roof tiles . I HIGHLY encourage you to call Nick and get your roof looked at (they have drones too )

  From the inspection to the estimating Gary and Andy to the experts to the attorneys to the final settlement to the installation they were there. They said they would take care me and that's what they delivered. Top shelf company. I highly recommend ABC.
