  Hello world! I wanted to let you know about my experience with this company. Today it is September 5, 2025. I had estimate appointments set up with this company four of them for August 14, 2025. The guy Jose comes out and looks at the roofs for the houses. However. As of today, I still don’t have estimates for the repair of these houses. I don’t understand how someone comes out and takes a look and has asked for an estimate but then Doesn’t bother to send any of them. The guy Jose apparently thinks that wasting peoples time and stringing them along is a good look. I do not. Jose had the audacity to tell me how unprofessional I was for being frustrated that he didn’t send my bids to me. I feel that it’s unprofessional that he never bothered to send them at all. Do yourself a favor use a better company than this.

  Exceptional Quality, Professionalism, and Integrity! If you are looking for a roofing and siding company that combines elite craftsmanship with genuine honesty, look no further than Ramirez Roofing & Siding. They recently completed a massive, near two-week overhaul on our home in The Woodlands, and the results are absolutely incredible. Our house originally had that cheap, old compressed particle wood siding. Ramirez Roofing completely transformed the exterior by stripping it all down so that virtually no old wood was left on the exterior of the house. They upgraded our entire home with: - Premium Hardie fiber cement siding - New insulation and high-quality house wrap - OSB TechShield radiant barrier plywood (a massive game-changer for energy efficiency) - Replaced a few rotted studs and completely rebuilt the chimney frame due to water damage. - Brand-new fascia, soffit, trim, and garage/door jambs - Painted all siding, doors, and garage door Beyond the heavy lifting of the siding, their team went above and beyond by tackling extra details that make a huge difference. They insulated the water pipes hidden in our exterior walls and expertly ran electrical wires to set us up for future outlets, security cameras, and motion-sensor lights. To top it all off, they did a flawless paint job on the entire house. What truly sets Ramirez Roofing apart, though, is their professionalism and pricing. Their rates are incredibly reasonable for the elite level of work they provide, and their honesty throughout the process was refreshing.   We've used Ramirez Roofing for 18 years and referred them to other friends and clients. Carlos and his crews are always responsive, have great expertise, are honest, and get the job done correctly the first time. We found Carlos through a roofing supplier because he was a contractor who had received training in product selection and installation. Carlos cares about his work, has great work product and is very professional.

  We’ve had Mr Ramirez and his crew out twice. Once to scope out the status of our roof prior to adding solar panels and just recently to check our skylight. He is thorough, prompt, and unfailingly polite. His assessments are clear and calm, he does not suggest repairs that are not needed and is happy to make small repairs to keep your roof “healthy”

  Super professional, honest, no trying to up-sale, fast, and very reasonable prices. Great communication. I was truly blown away. Most folks gave a quote for a new roof, but they took the time to come and see, and repairing the roof is what they suggested. You don’t find that level of honesty anymore. Highly recommended!!!

They finished in 1 day, total clean up, outstanding quality work, courteous and professional of my neighbor's property with the clean-up of flying shingles and trash bags, strictly business!
