  Extremely disappointing experience — poor communication and refusal to stand behind their work. When M Roofing was hired, I am sure professionalism and accountability was expected, but my experience has been the complete opposite. After discovering a roof leak due to a nail improperly placed below the nail line (a clear workmanship issue), I reached out for support under their supposed warranty. Not only did I receive no assistance — I was met with months of complete silence. When the owner, Michael Eason, finally responded, the response was dismissive and attempted to shift the blame onto the gutter system — even though the growing hole was several feet away. A second roofing company quickly identified the actual issue and completed a repair, after which we've had zero problems — confirming that the leak was caused by faulty installation. Even more frustrating, M Roofing refused to reimburse the $758 I paid out of pocket because I didn’t take a photo of the nail hole while I was on the roof. At the time, I was simply trying to address an urgent and growing leak in my roof — not gather evidence for a fight I didn’t yet know I’d be forced into. The fact that they demand photographic proof from a homeowner in a vulnerable situation — instead of owning their mistake — says everything you need to know about how this company operates. To make matters worse, I was told they did the work for the previous owner (my grandmother, which I stated to him in the beginning-months ago) and the warranty didn’t apply due to a lack of “formal transfer” during the home purchase — a process that was never mentioned or explained in any prior communication. This feels like a convenient excuse to dodge accountability for poor workmanship. I’ve given M Roofing every opportunity to do the right thing. Their refusal to take responsibility or even acknowledge the issue speaks volumes about their business practices. Avoid this company if you value honesty, quality, or even basic customer

  Thank you for sharing your concerns. To clarify, the roofing installation in question was performed years ago for the previous homeowner. Our warranty requires a formal transfer to new ownership to remain valid, and unfortunately this was not completed. Even so, we asked for documentation of the reported damage as well as proof of payment for outside repairs so that we could properly review the situation. Neither of these were provided, which limited our ability to verify the claim. We understand your frustration and regret that we could not resolve this to your satisfaction.   Called on 8/8/23, and was told to expect a call back, concerning a roof repair. It's now 8/15, and no one has called.

  Reached out to this place at least 5 times to try to get the roof warranty transfer after we bought our house and they never would send it or update it to our information. I don't know why and now we're already passed the transfer time frame for it. 100% poor follow through from this place, would not recommend. Update to your response: We purchased our home in October 2020. My husband Konrad reached out multiple times..There is no point to email you now, the transfer had to happen within a year after purchase in order for the warranty to be valid, so doesn't matter anymore.

  I would highly recommend M Roofing. From start to finish, the process and personnel were great. Complete 30+ year shingled roof tear off and replace with a great GAF Class 4 shingled roof with all the products to make it a GAF Golden Pledge Warranty to last many more years. All this work was done in less than a day with a very professional crew including a very detailed cleanup afterwards.

  It’s a great decision for me to hire a professional roofer with many years of experience. Mr Michael and his team are extremely knowledgeable, they did a wonderful job. They pay attention to every detail. The communication was great, the pricing was very fair with multiple financing options available. I am very pleased and impressed with the quality of services.   We had some roofing problems after the hurricane. Michael came out within a few days to access the damages. He was prompt with providing a report for the insurance and provided the much needed information and thorough report for the claim. He also sent a crew out the very next morning to tarp the house. It wasn't just a quick blue tarp either. It was tarped in a way to prevent further damage until everything was ready for replacement. When it came time for them to do the replacement the entire crew did a good job from start to finish. I was shocked at how well they were able to capture all of the rogue nails as well. I wouldn't hesitate to use M Roofing again nor would I hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing a roof or repair. if you are wondering who to choose - don't hesitate, they are the right choice! I had several quotes and M Roofing was the most honest, most fair and most upfront pricing amongst all that came out to quote. Give them a shot, you won't regret it.

  Beyond happy dealing with M Roofing. Michael came out and gave me an estimate based on GAF guidelines for their warranty. Straight forward you knew the product and what you were getting up front. Installed HDZ tiles and the best coverage at a reasonable bidding price vs other companies. I dealt with Tiffany in the office and was easy to contact and get my questions answered. Honest, reliable and highly recommend them!!! The installation was done in two days due to the excessive heat and great install following all GAF guidelines with a warranty that’s transferable if you ever sold your house.
