I called for a roofing estimate in the morning, and the owner answered right away and came out the next day. He was friendly, upbeat, knowledgeable, and clear about the whole roofing process. I needed a new roof fast because I had a serious leak, and he was able to move things around and get the roof replacement scheduled much sooner than I expected, which was a huge help. The price was fair, and after going over the materials, timing, and scope of work, I felt comfortable moving forward that same day. Later, he called back to let me know the crew could start first thing the next morning because rain was on the way. That level of communication and urgency really stood out to me, especially with an active leak that needed quick attention. The roofing crew showed up on time and got straight to work. They put down plenty of tarps to protect the property and did a great job keeping debris under control during the tear-off and installation. I also appreciated how careful and respectful the foreman, Bobby, was with the surrounding area, even checking with neighbors to help protect nearby items from any falling debris. The team worked hard all day to make sure the job was finished before more rain moved in. Their workmanship, speed, and attention to detail gave me a lot of confidence. After the roof was completed, we had several days of rain, and everything held up perfectly with no leaks at all. In Texas weather, that peace of mind means a lot. What really impressed me most was how stress-free they made the whole experience. From the quick estimate to the fast turnaround, fair pricing, clean job site, and solid roof installation, the service was outstanding. I’m very happy with my new roof and would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing dependable roofing work.

After a major hailstorm in Humble, we hired a roofing company to handle the storm damage. Many homes in the area needed roof work at the same time, so roofing materials and gutter supplies were hard to get. Gabriel, our project manager, met with the insurance adjuster on site and helped make sure all roof damage, gutter issues, and exterior repairs were properly noted. Our home needed a full roof replacement, new gutters, and storm doors. Gabriel stayed on top of the schedule and kept the roofing project moving, even with the delay on custom gutter colors. He went the extra mile to help get the right materials so the job could be finished the right way. The roofing crews were professional, respectful, and did solid quality work from tear-off to final cleanup. We were very happy with the finished roof and the overall service.

We got several quotes from top roofing companies, and Chavez Brothers Roof Repair stood out right away with the best value and a clear, professional presentation. We had a large roofing project with many sections that needed special attention because of unusual roof lines and custom flashing details. The crew managed material delivery and installation on a very reasonable timeline, even with delays on some special-order items. A couple of pieces arrived in the wrong size, but they came back quickly and fixed everything without hassle. They also handled additional exterior work in a timely way, including replacing our gutters to stop ongoing leaks and improve drainage during heavy rain. The workmanship was solid, the cleanup was thorough, and communication stayed strong from start to finish. For a big job with a lot of moving parts, the small issues were taken care of fast and professionally. I would absolutely recommend them and would use them again for any future roofing or gutter work.

we had our old shingle roof removed and a new roofing system installed after storm damage to our home in humble. they were the first roofer to provide an estimate, and even after talking with a few other roofing companies, we felt most confident choosing them. the crew showed up on time, got right to work, and handled the tear-off and roof replacement with real skill and care. they finished the job in just two days with a small crew, which really showed their strong work ethic and experience. our new roof looks great, and after several days of heavy texas rain, we have had no leaks or any problems at all. they kept the work area organized, explained the roofing process clearly, and made the whole experience smooth from start to finish. we are very happy with the quality of the workmanship and would gladly recommend them to anyone needing roofing services in humble.

Bobby was recommended to me by friends who were pleased with their new metal roof, and I am very glad I called. I had a 20x20 room that needed to be changed from tile to a flat roof system, and the whole roofing process went smoothly from start to finish. Bobby was responsive, professional, polite, and most importantly, honest. He answered my questions quickly by text or callback, explained the roofing work in simple terms, and made sure I understood the materials and the scope of the job. The crew, including Sean and Willie, was courteous and professional the entire time. They protected my wood deck below the work area, kept the job site tidy, and did a thorough cleanup when the roof work was finished. In the Texas heat, it was clear they knew how to handle the job efficiently and with care. I am very satisfied with the service and workmanship, and I would highly recommend them for any roofing need in Humble.

Lawrence was amazing. He was very helpful on the phone and clearly explained the roof leak issue I was dealing with. I called Chavez Brothers Roof Repair for a second opinion, and he gave me an honest assessment of the roofing problem. He also said he would check if only part of the vent boot flashing needed to be replaced so I could save some money, which was a big relief. He followed through the same day I called about the leak and set up an appointment just two days later. He was right on time, gave me a 30 minute heads up before arriving, and got straight to work. The repair was done quickly and professionally, and the finished roof work looked solid. In Humble, with the strong sun, heat, and heavy rain we get in TX, it really helps to have a roofer who understands how important it is to fix leaks fast and do the job the right way. I had no problems at all and would highly recommend them to anyone dealing with roofing issues, vent boot repairs, or leak concerns. Everyone I spoke with was friendly, respectful, and helpful. It is not always easy to find honest roofers who do quality work, but that is exactly what I found.

Chavez Brothers Roof Repair replaced our roof, siding, and windows, and the whole project turned out great. They handled the roof work with care, especially around the chimney, flashing, trim, and utility line areas where the details really matter. The crew paid close attention to how everything tied together so the finish looked clean and solid. Lawrence was easy to work with and very helpful when we were picking the best materials and products for our home. He explained the options in simple terms and helped us choose what fit our needs and budget. The team also took care of a few soffit repairs they found during the job, which we really appreciated. They made sure the cleanup was completed well and followed up to confirm we were happy with the final results. Overall, the workmanship, communication, and extra care made this a very positive experience.
