  I bought an older home with a roof that was worn and in rough shape. After adding a patio cover with a different shingle color, I wanted the main roof redone to match before putting solar panels on top. At first, I thought about adding a second layer of shingles over the old roof, so I had three roofing contractors inspect it. Perry & Sons Roofers Llc stood out right away. Kingston explained that the existing roof used dimensional shingles, so stacking another layer was not the best roofing option. Instead, he suggested a full tear-off and replacement with new CertainTeed Landmark shingles with a 50-year warranty. The price was only a little more than an overlay, so it made much more sense for the long-term life of the roof. The whole roofing job was handled smoothly, from permits to dumpster service, which made the project easy and stress-free. The crew arrived with the right tools, worked fast, and showed strong skill with shingle installation, roof decking checks, ridge vents, pipe boots, and chimney flashing. They even replaced a few plywood sheets at no extra charge, which I really appreciated. Donald stayed involved during the work and kept a close eye on the details to make sure everything was done right. The crew was polite, professional, and well organized, and the roof was completed quickly. Cleanup was also excellent. They removed all debris and used a magnetic sweep around the yard and flower beds to pick up stray nails. The old roof now looks completely refreshed, and the new color matches the patio area much better. I am very pleased with the workmanship, the roofing materials, and how easy the whole project felt. With fair pricing, solid service, and quality results, I would gladly recommend them for any roof replacement project.

  Working with Perry & Sons Roofers Llc was a great experience from start to finish. I received several roofing quotes, and Miles, the install manager, gave the most complete inspection during the estimate. He was the only one who checked the attic and confirmed the ventilation needs before putting the roofing proposal together. When Donald went over the estimate with me, I was clear about my budget and what I wanted to get done. He worked with me to fit in as much roofing and related work as possible, and the quality of the craftsmanship made it well worth it. The crew stayed on schedule through rainy days and extreme summer heat, which really showed their dedication and strong work ethic. They paid close attention to every detail on the roof system, flashing, ventilation, and gutters, and the whole process felt smooth and professional. It was very satisfying to see the first heavy rain run off the new roof, over the gutter covers, and down the gutters exactly like it should.   This is the second time we reached out for roofing and gutter work, and we have been very happy both times.   I do not usually leave reviews, but this roofing team has been excellent and I wanted to share my experience. I reached out with an urgent and unusual situation involving my tile roof. Along with some roof damage that needed quick attention, I was also worried because my cat had been stuck up around the roof area for days during the intense Humble heat. When I explained everything to Kingston, he quickly set up a roof repair appointment and then called me back right away to say the crew could come even sooner to help with the situation. That level of care really stood out to me. The roofers arrived fast and worked hard to check the roof, attic, and surrounding areas to safely figure out where my cat might be. While they were up there, they also gave me helpful insight into the condition of the tile roofing, pointed out problem areas, and explained what repairs would likely be needed. In the end, I was able to get Pumpkin back once things became quiet later on, and I was so relieved. The whole team was skilled, patient, and genuinely caring.
