We received a very high priced estimate from Spartan and searched for a different contractor. Along the way we did some research and found serious criminal records involving insurance fraud and drug distribution charges. Do your research people.

Here we are today with the leak getting worse!! But noooo there wasn't a leak huh. There wasn't a problem before the job was completed huh!! We told you we thought something was wrong and you got angry and unprofessional and left! To bad I can't post a picture here from today!! UPDATE: I have not ever called and harassed any one in your family, your customers, employees etc. I don't have their numbers and they don't have anything to do with this. You wanted to send someone out right that moment knowing that I am out of town and no one is home. And said that same person was leaving that night. My only response has been on your company FB review and Google review as I was advised to do by the insurance company because you completey blocked communication with us by phone when my husband called and told your company that he came.home to a leaking roof. You can't make up a leaking roof. You want to put the ball in my court challenging me to respond back and if I do your not happy about it. If I don't I look like I've done something which I have not. My husband and I are on the same page. He knows that I am more professional than that. I also have never cursed and screamed at you or your wife and don't intend to. I have a recording of her doing that to me which is the only time I've ever heard from her. This all would and could be avoided if you had accepted responsibility and owned the fact that something was obviously done incorrectly. Things happen. We just ask that you make it right and that's all we asked for. Then our insurance company will allow us to release the remaining check to you. You know when I'll be back in town. Perhaps by then you will decide to do the right thing. That's all we ask. The roof is covered with a tarp for now. Jason's response below is typical of an owner not taking responsibility. I nor my husband have harassed anyone in his business. Yes we called his office but how else are we supposed to talk to them? NOT ONE TIME DID WE EVER SPE

CROOKS!!! I did work for them and they lied and never paid me a dime. They never planned on paying me and ran a pretty good scheme. But they got some free drywall and paint work done. 👎👎 …

Thank you so much for this Mykel! As I told you it’s not about the money, it’s about treating my customers like I would want my family to be treated. Money always comes if you keep that moto first. I was happy to have the opportunity to help you and I will be here when you need us in the future!

I cannot recommend Ashley and Spartan Roof Co. highly enough! I was facing a severe roof leak over my porch ceiling that was breaching my attic and causing structural damage all from another contractor's terrible shortcuts. With a major storm heading toward the Fall Creek/Humble area, I was incredibly stressed and needed help fast. Spartan completely saved the day. Ashley's team is ethical, highly knowledgeable, and does things strictly by the book. Erik and his crew executed a flawless, textbook structural repair: -Carefully released my siding without a scratch. -Cut out and replaced the wet, rotted plywood roof decking. -Laid down self-adhering leak barrier. -Wove brand-new, code-compliant individual, color-matched metal step flashing cards into the shingles. -Installed proper kickout flashings at the wall intersections to throw rainwater safely into the gutters. Throughout the job, Erik and Angie (their office manager), were incredibly transparent. They sent me close-up photos of the hidden deck rot and old rusted out and reused metal flashing that they uncovered and documented their immaculate repair step-by-step. They left my yard spotless and my home 100% watertight just in time for the heavy rain. If you want an honest, skilled, and reliable local roofing company in the Humble, Kingwood, or Greater Houston area, call Spartan. They gave me total peace of mind and earned every bit of this 5-star review!

Spartan was recommended to my wife and I to repair a section that we found to be installed incorrectly as shingles were falling off when the wind blew. They came out, inspected the damage, submitted a quite reasonable offer and did the repair in less than a couple weeks. Without a second thought, we called them back to repair the spot around our fireplace that the previous company also failed to waterproof. We will continue to use them for future jobs and I highly recommend them for any roofing issues.

It was easy doing business with them: they were well organized, easy to contact, and they explained information and processes very well. The work crew did a great job on the roof and completed all the work that I needed. And, they did an excellent job cleaning up afterwards.
