We apologize that you were unhappy with the office staff, I assure you that they also strive to provide that same excellent customer service and satisfaction to our customers, they often are the ones that have the most difficult job to do. They are responsible for the completion of documents to insurance companies, explaining all the details that are often not covered and being sure that the insurance and the customer are getting the best covered cost for the job needed to restore your homes. They also have a role that is also most difficult in the collection process of getting paid from customers on the job completed.   Very disappointing work. We had a new roof installed on a funeral home 8 years ago, which is now leaking and causing damage to the building. Rain Pro claims we have no warranty and will not honor the shoddy job completed. Very disappointing cost of $100,000 .

  We apologize for this issue and the misunderstanding. The number of storms, freezes, hurricanes etc in the area of this job and when the job was completed over 8 years ago is far from Rain Pro Roofings control. we have zero control of mother nature and would never be able to sustain business if we warrantied work indefinitely.   Reno and his staff are awesome! From the start of the job, to the clean up after a longs days work, everything was done quickly and professionally. He worked closely with my insurance company to insure I was getting the best roof possible. Even with the damage being a little more extensive then initially thought, Reno’s crew was able to complete all the work in one day. New roof looks great! Highly recommend.

  My experience with Rain Pro was amazing thanks to Beau!!!! I would highly recommend him every time!!! Very knowledgeable, nice and down to earth. He made what seem like a headache simple as ever. I couldn’t be more appreciative. He literally went above and beyond which made this experience even better. Also the roofers did an amazing job themselves. They worked real fast and did a nice job cleaning up!!!

  Great Company, had a small leak near my chimney, and they came out and fixed it. They also informed me my roof was still in good shape and educated me on my roof! I recommend them to anyone who is looking for an honest roofing company.

  I highly recommend these guys. They came down to Houma to help out with Hurricane Ida recovery. They were very professional and reasonably priced. They worked with me with my insurance company and were able to stay within my budget and provided a top quality roof. Thank you guys I’m very satisfied with your work.
