I hired RE Duchene to install a roof for me about 7 years ago. I had hired them for another home and had been pleased. They also installed 3 extra vents for my bathrooms. They leaked. They came out and said they were fixed. Now, when they are leaking again, and have caused damage to my ceilings, Ryan’s response was “the roof isn’t leaking”. So, although they did replace the vent lines, I have to pay for the damage they caused to my ceilings, after being installed by Duchene. I guess they don’t warranty all their work. Roof is great sure, but maybe don’t add on extra stuff if you want them to back their work. Kenny did tell me while inspecting the roof for leaks, he found a gap in the chimney flashing and fixed that. Hasn’t cause a leak I know of, but he had a good eye to find that. Thank you Kenny.

R. E. Duchene did my roof and my mom’s roof this past week. Both went very smoothly. Ryan is very pleasant to work with, Jessica is very prompt in the office, and the roofing crew was great. I think Ryan said the crew has been together for 15+ years and it sure shows. Everything and everyone in sync.
