  This advertised as if they service the entire city of Chicago, but they don’t service the south of the city. What a waist of time. They really should be clear in their ads about where they provide service!!!

  To fellow reviewers: Sarah must work for a competitor. Sarah Cassidy was never a customer of Champion Roofing. I suspect it's a competitor attempting to sabotage my reputation. As you can see by our reviews on Google, Angie’s List and the BBB, we are an awesome customer service orientated company.

  The Champion Roofing experience was absolutely terrible. In the cover page of Champion’s proposal it stated, “Our twenty three years of experience in roofing, siding, gutters and tuckpointing will assure that we can make your property weatherproof as well as aesthetically appealing.” The representative that came out promised that there would be no seams showing and no ripples. He said that the job would take all of one day and possibly part of a second day. The workers were in and out in less than five hours. I called him the next day to tell him I was not satisfied because there were seams showing and there were ripples. When he came out he said the job was fine. When I reminded him of what he told me, he said that he never said those things and I was a liar. After he called me an idiot he said that the owner would come out and inspect the job. I got an email from Harry, the owner, and I asked if he was going to come out as the representative said that he would. He called me and we discussed the work that Champion did. He told me the work was perfectly fine and acceptable to him. I asked him to come out and look at it for himself. He said he didn’t need to come out because he saw 20 pictures of the job. I told him that I wanted the work redone to my satisfaction. He sent out the same crew and they put glue in the seams and put granules on the top of the seams. Harry never commented on the conduct of his sales representative or apologized for his conduct. Our experience is that customer satisfaction, courtesy and integrity are not provided by Champion Roofing. I would never recommend anyone to do business with Champion Roofing. c: BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU

  The secretary, Monica, is extremely rude. She was very impatient while answering my questions and provided me with incorrect information. We have not yet used their services, but just from speaking to the secretary, I have a very bad first impression.

  My roof was affected by 2 hail storms that hit my town of Berwyn, IL back in March 2026. I did some research on contractors and chose Champion Roofing, Inc. They've been in business a long time and came highly recommended and I found many positive reviews. Champion Roofing did an excellent job replacing my roof. The job was completed in a day and I opted for new Gutter Guards and those were installed the very next day. I would work with Champion Roofing again and would be comfortable recommending them to family and friends.

  Good communication with the office and original appraiser. Frank and Will were the people who came out and did the work. They were professional, thorough and explained, in detail, what they were doing and why work needed to be done for some roof repairs. Champion Roofing replaced the entire roof ~ 15 years ago and now came out to do a little patchwork. I have been impressed with the quality of their work both times and highly recommend them.

  Champion installed siding on our house, shed and garage. They offered a great price, did fast work and cleaned up after themselves. We could not believe how it turned out. Thanks to Scott and his 2 workers for a great job. Highly recommended.

  The price was good for the roof and new gutters. The crew respectful, cleaned up after they finished. After they left I noticed a small problem with the back side of the roof and one of the owners came out the next day with a crew who corrected the problem.

  Received several bids to replace my roof and picked Champion from the Best Pick Report catalog. Not the least expensive but affordable compared to others. They did the project in one day as planned and Gabriel the lead guy was great as well as his team. Would recommend them to anyone.

  Frank responded quickly to my leaky roof within 24 hours. He was professional, inspected the roof and determined the source of the leak. Repairs were completed the same day of inspection. Thanks Frank!

  Champion replaced my single fam home roof and gutters. It was great to work with Scott and Tina. Scott is very easy going / very responsive and no bs sale pressure tactics. They give a very reasonable price from the quotes I got. They were wonderful to work with through the whole process. I would highly recommend!

  Scott and Ralph came out to see why our roof was leaking. They caulked a few trouble areas and even cleaned leaves out of the gutters to stop the water overflow.

  Excellent! We bid out a full roof replacement to a number of companies, and Champion was the clear winner. Great price, high quality products, and fantastic service. They completed the whole roof replacement in a day, and then came back to do the gutters the next day. Quick, easy, and efficient. Would highly recommend.

  Scott Abell and the Champion Roofing techs did an amazing job fixing my roof leak that was causing water damage onto my ceiling. I no longer have to worry during rainy days. If you are experiencing water damage from a roof leak, choose Champion.
