  I called Advanced to get an estimate on a roof repair, they sent a man out and he said it was a pretty easy fix. I waited a month for a quote and never got one, I called once a week and was always told that the estimater was just to busy to get to mine. I gave them one star because no stars wasn't an option.

  Lies from beginning to end. Signed contract in April. Was told they were going back and forth with city for permit . That was a lie they didn’t apply for permits until the end of June. Didn’t do roof until the end of July . Then per contract replacement of wood over 200 dollars was supposed to be approved before replacing no one said anything opened invoice replacement wood was over 1200 dollars. After asking why not informed before wood was replaced was told that the foreman said he was giving the ok which was a lie. This Experience left me feeling like I was scammed

While the timeline was longer than expected, we want to clarify that the delay was due to issues on the city’s end, which were beyond our control. However, we recognize that we could have done a better job keeping you informed during that period. As for the wood replacement, our contract does state that any replacement exceeding $200 requires approval. We responded promptly via email once questions were raised and provided photos showing the severely deteriorated and rotted solid board decking that needed replacement. We regret that this was not better communicated beforehand, and we are addressing this with our crew to prevent it from happening in the future.   Had them do a small repair and they did a good job, so I called them to get an estimate for my roof. They came out just before Thanksgiving and I still don't have an estimate, that was 2 months ago. Called 3 times but I guess my business isn't important to them. Very disappointing.

  Great company I’ve used before , but unfortunate to see they paid convicted felon & well known scammer (Chicago & Midwest Storm Chasers) to advertise their business. Will never associate myself with any business mentioned by that page.

If you happened to call around the holidays we have limited hours due to the long holidays at that time. We generally give extended vacation days for our staff as the weather is usually not conducive for roofing repairs/work.   Called for an estimate for my garage. Late getting to my house, Only looked at the roof outside then inside. Didn't inspect it. Told me since it was on a Friday they would email me an estimate the following Monday or Tuesday. Never did.

  I apologize for the inconvenience. We had an employee wedding the weekend after we estimated your garage. Sadly the following week we had office staff go in quarantine after contacting Co-vid which threw us well behind our normal times to prepare proposals. Everything turned out well for our staff and we hope you had a good experience with whom you contracted with for the roof on your garage.

  The people are I'll equip to handle simple tasks. Project Manager is Very very rude and should just retire already since it's obvious he despises his job. Front desk has no literal clue about anything going on, nor does she care. Will never use. Dishonest, poor place of ethics.

  They were very responsive, showed up for a minor emergency the same day we called, went above and beyond in terms of cleaning out a clogged gutter then tarping the roof. Will use them again for sure. They deserve their 4.8+ rating

  Stacy was especially great. Nice to work with local people that can get roof repairs done on our steep roof. Over the last 25 years the rubber seals around our roof vent pipes had started to crack and one started leaking during recent big rain storms. Advanced Roofing replaced all three in a timely professional manner and used replacement shingles that closely matched the original. While exact color matching is not possible due to sun fading of the old shingles, it looks pretty good and we're happy to have new rubber seals on all vent pipes. I recommend Advanced Roofing for friendly, timely and professional roof service in the Yorkville area.

  Great company, quality work from start to finish. Scheduling was quick & easy, price quote was fair, installation & clean-up went quickly, and this company stands behind their work!   Great people to deal with! Chris and Sean are professional and easy to talk to. The workers found a broken rafter when they were replacing the roof. Took care of it right away and got the job done in one day. Will definitely be calling them again in the future!

  I messaged Advanced roofing on their website. Got a response back same day. I talked to Chris, who set up appointment to come the next day. He came out with another employee And they looked at my fascia, that was coming off of my 2 story house at the peak, and gave me an estimate. I told him I needed it done now because the house is sold and closing is coming soon and he fixed the flashing right then in there that meant a lot to me. I appreciate Chris and Advanced roofing, A top-notch company and top-notch guy. I will recommend.
