Claims specialist was fast at the beginning of the process but has made promises that have yet to be fulfilled. LIberty Mutual claim checks have gone to the Midwestern Adjusters and they have the money but gutters still not repairs, siding not repaired, roof installation was 80% installed correctly but wrong drip edge was delivered, not enough nails, materials causing me to run to Lowe's 3 times and have yet to be re-imbursed for my out of pocket expenses. I have emailed LIberty Mutual about the concerns and they point the finger at Midwestern Adjusters. Midwestern said to complain about Liberty Mutual which I will. I am not an unreasonable person, but i hope to find closure to what has been a 'hell of a hail storm since May!" Illinois Atty General is on the case. i would like to change this review to a good one if/when we receive closure.

I had hail damage and Teddy from Midwestern Adjusters handled a claim for me. I got a new roof, gutters, and downspouts. Everything went smoothly and Project Manager Pariz Rivera from Elite Restoration handled the repairs for me. His crew of 5 guys actually showed up 30 minutes early and got to work immediately. They were so efficient and did a fantastic job! Pariz came and answered all the questions that I had. I needed a few extra pieces of wood cut and they were very accommodating. Everyone was very professional and worked hard. I would definitely recommend Elite Restoration. This has truly been one of the best experiences I've had with a company. Honest and efficient.

Quality work! Nice selections for color on shingles, siding and the gutters and downs spouts! Fast and didn’t even know they were there.

Elite Restoration handled replacement of our roof and siding for our house. They did a great job on both!! They reached out before each job to check on things, such as where to put materials so they were out of our way, where a dumpster could go, and if we had outside pets that would be around. They were quick and efficient while completing both jobs and were very helpful making sure everything was done properly.

I had a great experience with Elite Restoration for both my house and my dad’s house next door on different days. The roofing teams were there early in the morning and did a wonderful job which included cleaning up. There were actually three houses in a row that had roofs replaced from storm damage in March of 2025 by Elite Restoration teams, and we all agreed that they did a great job. Work was done in one day for the roofs. I had additional gutter work done where they needed to be replaced which was done on a separate day. I have no complaints on the work done and would use them again.

My roof was replaced by Elite Restoration four years ago. The work was done quickly and excellently. Recently, I noticed that one shingle was not lying flat and was concerned it might lead to a roof leak. I contacted the company, and they sent Mr. Pariz Rivera, a quality control specialist, to my home within an hour. He fixed the issue promptly, even though the roof was already past its warranty period. They did not charge me anything. I truly appreciate their efficient, professional, and kind service.
