  Scot Scwartz did not honor the transferable 10 year warranty on the roof of my home in North Wilmington, and two major items were omitted but charged to the previous owner (including venting and a full perimeter drip edge). I have had nothing but problems with my roof since I moved in 7 years ago. Scot is not responsive to my emails and I have had to pay out of pocket to fix multiple leaks, repair damaged drywall, replace poorly installed shingles, add proper venting, and a full perimeter drip edge. Beware!

  Of all the contractors I’ve had work on our properties over 30 years these guys are on top! Everything from their communication, thoroughness, quality of work and genuine good guys doing excellent work for fair price. Cannot recommend them enough. My shout out to Brandon N. for going way beyond any contractor has before. Keep up the great work!

  Thank you very much for this review, it really means a lot. I must say Dan Smith and his wife are super friendly and fed me pizza (a serious slice). They offered water several times and working on this home comes with a beautiful view of the water.

  Update: Now, eleven of the townhomes in our community have new roofs from R&R. More are likely forthcoming. My 20 year old roof was in poor shape, having prior issues with leaks. R&R provided a reasonable bid for replacement. The crew, headed by Jay, did great work over several days, and did a great job. Great materials, excellent workmanship and a good clean up afterwards. Our townhome community will soon have three of the homes with new roofs from R&R. Highly recommend!

  This is the second time R&R has come in clutch for a roof issue. First time, a few years ago - a roof leak at a seam with my neighbor's house. This time related to the sale of my house. R&R jumped to it both times. Many thanks!

  I used R&R for front and back windows and front door replacement. Working with Brandon and Justin was a great experience. The proposal was detailed, and they answered all my questions. The work was well done, and they were very responsive with wrapping a few followups. I recommend R&R and would work with them again.

  I noticed a leak in the corner of my guestroom, and wasn’t sure if it was a major job when I called R&R roofing, who came quickly assess the situation and had to perform a minor repair. I was instructed not to pay the invoice until after I was sure the leak had been truly repaired That’s five star service I would use them again
