  Had a scheduled time for work assessment at the house for quote. No one showed at the scheduled time and no one called. When I called in to ask where they were, was told they called the day before to let me know they were not coming and stated they decided afterwards that they are not willing to take on job for flat roof. My Iphone has no record of missed call and no record of voicemail. Poor communication.

We called back within about an hour and left a message to let you know that we could not handle the project. We understand your time is valuable and we apologize for the frustration and inconvenience.

  I contracted with Advance to get a back deck, a front porch deck and 2 basement windows. My whole project was close to $20,000, not a little job. The windows installer was good and the windows turned out great, but it took 4 weeks to get them in and I had to contact Advance to get any information as the project manager on my job was horrible at communication. I was not aware that for the deck job, it would be sub contracted out. The guys doing the work were very good and it turned out beautiful, but dealing with Advance was a pain. The communication with the project manager, Nate, was horrific. He did not update me on anything. The 4th day the installers were not here by 9:30 so again I had to contact Nate, who then says that the inspection was at 11am so the guys had to wait to move forward. Why was none of this communicated from the start? Why was I left in the dark on all aspects and had to reach out to get information? The job turned out great but 1- it was not done by Advance employees and 2- communication was horrific. I have some other things that need done at my home, but I will not be using Advance.

However it is with regret that we did not meet your expectations for communication throughout the project. Our sales professionals are instructed to explain that we indeed use a blend of both company employees as well as trade partners in order to meet installation deadlines and to eliminate staffing shortages. Our project managers are instructed to provide a cell phone number to allow for expedited communication and it is their job to oversee the quality of the construction for the project.   Sorry for the confusion regarding not receiving your estimate(s). We assumed when you were told the price of the chosen product in the showroom that we fulfilled what you needed. We were incorrect in assuming that...sorry.

  Buyer beware! Although our roof looks very nice and the work crew very clean and friendly,be careful! Our contract stated in two separate places for decking material to be replaced with real wood. After the old roof had been removed, we were informed that a composite materal was delivered and that would replace faulty areas of decking. We had put an extra $500 in the estimate for the real wood. When we called on the day of the installation my husband was told the compsite would be better for the purposes of our roof. The fact is that the correct materials were not delivered in the first place. Felt like a bait and switch and they kept the $500 saying the cost of materials was a wash . Not what we discussed,wanted or payed for. Was told I am sorry you feel that way Mrs. Hunter. Just looking for a company that is trustworthy, because we would be in the market for windows and doors too. Would not recommend. Received the paid in full notice which states that the warranty has been extended to 30 years and we are very thankful for that. It does not change our review of the services as the work should have been completed the way we originally planned in the contract from the beginning.

  Thank you for your review. I can not begin to tell you how disappointed I am with your experience regarding the replacement of your ridge board. After reaching out to Mr. Hunter he provided a better understanding of how adamant you were in your material choice and felt as though we were pushing a decking material that you did not want. For that reason I personally apologize and want to give you assurance of the durability and quality of the installed work. As an Olive Branch I have ordered the workmanship warranty on your file be upgraded from 15 years to 30 years and will follow that in writing via mail.

  Advance Inc. replaced 30 windows in our house July 2026 and they did a fantastic job! The installers (Thomas & Andrew) were professional, very friendly and worked like synchronized machines. They were both very experienced and replaced all the windows in my house in 2 1/2 days and did a quality job! The front of the house is brick facade and the rest is vinyl siding. They used the flange to nail in the windows on the vinyl siding and put the siding back exactly the same as it was. Gary (Project Manager) was super easy to work with and came out to replace the metal crank for the casement window because it had minor scratches on it. He made sure I was completely happy. My sales consultant (Freddy) was very patient with me and answered my many questions over a period of a few weeks until I made my final decision the right windows for my house. I was very nervous about this project because I had never had windows replaced before. I could not be happier with my windows, the quality of the installation and my entire experience with Advance Inc. from beginning to end! Advance Inc. is the only company I would think of choosing to replace my front and back doors (which is in my future plans).

  From the beginning to the end, it was easy and affordable. Everyone we spoke to was knowledgeable, initial measurements taken were full of information. We had new basement windows and an attic. The final measurements as well, congratulations to the new father!! The installation was fast and looks great. Great experience and will be recommending you guys to anyone.

  We replaced a large number of our windows this spring. Rodney and Gary were attentive, timely, and made the whole process easy and seamless. Cost was way under what we had anticipated and the windows look amazing! Will definitely be using them again!

  Highly recommend! From planning, designing, scheduling and craftsmanship, Advance Inc. is top notch! We had our deck replaced and we are absolutely beyond happy with it!   These guys are awesome. They did a siding "fix" job a couple of weeks ago, and this latest huge wind storm ripped down a big chunk of siding on the side.... decided to replace entire house (original siding) instead of fixing.... then today another wind came thru and ripped down more at the same damaged area. They came out and pulled down the bad siding and put up tyvex (?) to at least keep the rain out until they do the job in a couple of weeks. Would recommend!
