Had someone come out to reattach & straighten a shutter at the front of our house and re-adhere the shutter dogs to the brick. The shutter is just as crooked as it was before. The dogs are well-set, but they didn’t bother matching the mortar to the existing color or clean off the excess. After saying they’d come back to check it out, they haven’t gotten back to me in over a month, after repeated contact attempts over email. I paid over $500 for this work.

They did great work! We had 7 windows done and our soffit repaired. Marc, Jordan, and Toni were very responsive to our needs and were great to work with. The gentlemen that installed the windows and fixed the soffit worked incredibly fast and respectful. Would recommend Iconic to anyone.

Very professional and efficient roofing company. Never the hard sell and transparent with what they were going to do prior and during the install. Their team cleaned up as the job unfolded and that was made even more difficult due to the winds. Highly recommend the Iconic team.
