  Do not is this company. Deceptive and will lie about repair. If they call about a free estimate don’t do it. If they damage your roof they will ghost you. Deceptive pricing scale and cat fishing tactics if you choose not to use them.

  I would not recommend best choice roofing you will not get everything you sit down and make out the contract for. I paid for five pieces of wood for the roof of my house then they said I didn't need it and took it back and did not refund me for it. I told them I wanted five inch downspouts, I got two to three inch downspouts. I got a phone call today before the project and was told if I needed more than five pieces of wood I would have to pay for it on the spot or have it rolled into my loan / credit card, then they didn't use any of the wood and did not refund me for it and told me if I wanted the larger downspouts I would have to pay for that project over again. The price was too much for the little bit I received. After best choice roofing read my review they offered to fix the problem if I paid for it they would not just fix it for me without me paying extra.

I'm not sure exactly what you mean that we "aren't a roofing company" as we have completed hundreds of projects just last year. Regarding the timeline, there were delays mostly due to specific actions on your end. Finally, the pricing was set by your insurance company, not us, and we’re sorry if there was any confusion about that.   It’s pathetic that company send people in to non soliciting neighbors knocking on doors with no ID, no company shirt or vehicle. It’s even worse when these people think it’s ok to argue after repeatedly being asked to leave. Even if I was in need of a new roof I would not give this company a chance because of the poor iteration we just had to deal with. Good company work speak for itself and they do not need to go door to door harassing people in Non Soliciting neighborhoods.

  Top notch customer service! They replaced my roof in a timely matter and looks beautiful! Strongly recommend them, great with communication and they explain every step of the way! Ughene, Hanna and Jamal were awesome, super professional and always attentive to our needs! Keep them for a long time, they represent you well!

  The initial presentation was very informative, helpful. I felt the gentlemen who gave the presentation was knowledgeable of product and respectful my home. Great visit. However the communication afterwards was lacking to say the least.
