I had a scheduled appointment in Bellevue, Kentucky to get an estimate. I drove nearly 50 minutes from Liberty during rush hour to make it on time for the 2 PM meeting he set. After arriving, I called him multiple times with no response. After my third or fourth attempt, I realized I had been blocked — with no explanation. I was a first-time customer who reached out after seeing his company van at Home Depot. He chose the day and time, and then completely ghosted me. Extremely unprofessional and a complete waste of my time.

R.A. roofing is one of the best roofing companies I’ve ever worked with. Roberto was great to work with. He was able to answer any of the questions I had. The crew knocked the job out of the park! Thank you so much! Totally recommend!

After several calls to local roofing companies this gentleman was referred to me for a roof leak. He was able to come and repair same day, between rain downpours. He also referred another company for the drywall repair. All is well and done. He is now working us in for a roof replacement. He went above and beyond to answer questions. Take extra pictures of troubling spots on this old roof, and go up into the crawl space and look for additional defects. Several weeks later a new roof was installed. Exceptional work. Tear off and install in one day, along with extensive wood repair. Clean up was well done. Owner is attentive and respectful. All the guys were hard working.
