  We scheduled an appointment shortly before the holidays. Due to the holiday period, we were advised to wait a week before the leak could be assessed, with the assurance that your team would attend first thing upon returning. On the Monday a week later, we received an unexpected call advising that full payment would be required upfront, along with the estimate. Unfortunately, that is not something I am able to accommodate, which leaves us back at square one. I have not worked with your company previously, and while I cannot comment on the quality of your work, changing terms after making a commitment raises concerns. When a company sets expectations and then does not follow through, it reflects poorly on its professionalism. This situation is particularly disappointing given that my client is an elderly woman who has been waiting for this issue to be addressed and you knew that.

  Our staff is instructed to avoid any interaction with individuals who exhibit bad behaviour, foul or abusive language at any time whether in person, electronically or via telephone. Your treatment directed at our receptionist is uncalled for and unprofessional and I would hope that you treat your own employees at Stacked pancake and breakfast house with proper respect.

  Always good to know what company not to pick based on how your drivers act on highways. We saw one of your trucks driving southbound on the 400 on November 17….. Wow, what reckless and aggressive behaviour to see in a company vehicle.

  The lady in the office was great, but the residential rep took two days to even reach out to me. Glad I went with someone else, Quinn's service used to be top notch, not sure what happened.

  They did a commercial apartment installation & they did not install enough down spouts, so now there's water damage. It's been a over a week not being able to get someone to even come look at the roof, let alone repair it before it gets worse. I do NOT recommend them!!

  Almost just got hit by one of these vans. October 29, 2018 just before 5pm on Ouellette/Dougall out front of Teppermans. The guy was doing 10km/h below the speed limit in the left lane, & when he got to the bend, had two wheels in both lanes & almost hit the front of my car. After he moved back over & when I got up next to him, he was laughing away with his cell phone up to his ear, completely oblivious. If he can’t figure out the rules of the road in a van covered in company logos, I certainly wouldn’t trust him with my roof!!

  We chose Quinn roofing for a solution because of a repeated problem with shingles coming off due to a wind tunnel situation occurring. They advised us on how to deal with this particular situation that no other roofers had suggested. We found the workers hard working , polite, and respectful . They made every effort to protect the property while doing the job.They addressed any issues we brought up and gave extra attention to detail in difficult areas during the job. Before they left, they cleaned up the area , removed the garbage and checked with us about any concerns before leaving.

  Quinn Roofing did an excellent job on our roof. Tom & his crew were on time, did what they said and it was all done in a courteous, professional manner. The crew was exceptional!These days, a high review or recommendation is hard to come by. Quinn deserves the highest rating and we would recommend them to anyone needing a roof.

  I would thank this company for their honesty and integrity. My 89 year old mother called for an estimate on a number of loose shingles. After inspection he informed her that no repair was needed an the sun would mend it. No money grab. Some people prey on the elderly, glad to see this company does not.

  Called Quinn Roofing for a leak in my roof. An estimator was out that afternoon and checked the roof and located the likely problem. That was a Monday by Friday it was repaired. They explained the whole process required for a proper repair. Very happy with their workmanship
