Brandon and his team were excellent! We contacted them to do a free roofing inspection for our home in Wilmington, Delaware. They responded very quickly and showed up promptly to give us a roof repair and installation quote as well as a roof replacement estimate. We went with the full roof replacement for this home and we are so happy with how professional, courteous, and responsive they were throughout the process. Very clean and communicated with us every step of the way. The roof looks great. We’re going to contract them to do our roof in Newcastle and build out the deck here. We’ve referred them to our neighbors and we highly recommend them for any roofing needs anyone in Delaware or Maryland might have. Thank you Brandon and team! So happy with our new roof and windows!

I highly recommend Quality Roofing & Exteriors! I am a Commercial Property Manager and a homeowner in the Wilmington area. They have done large and small roofing projects, HVAC replacements/repairs, electrical work, and plumbing for us. They are my go-to contractor for all projects big and small. Brandon has done multiple projects for me at home as well. Refinished my attic space, including install of a split system, replaced the roof on my detached garage, replaced my water heater when it leaked all over my basement and repaired rotting wood under my gutters that I didn’t know was rotting and would have cost me a lot of money down the road. I have to rely on Brandon and his crew on a regular basis for my Property Management needs and I would not have anyone else do work for me at my home! Reliable, professional and very easy to work with.

I recently had my kitchen renovated by Brandon and his team. From my initial meeting with Brandon, I was very excited sharing my ideas with him (installing new recessed lighting, scraping a texture ceiling, installing a new 5 foot island, purchasing cabinets that reached the ceiling with crown molding, installing new appliances, installing a glass backsplash and under cabinet lighting, etc.). With each idea, Brandon was able to not only have his team complete the task but each task was completed perfectly! The entire team was easy to work with and very personable. Brandon's price for my entire project was VERY competitive and the entire kitchen renovation was done on time. I would highly recommend Brandon and his team! You will not be disappointed with the quality of work, pricing of the job, or the time line needed to complete the project!
